"A true feeling of being on vacation. The food is EXCELLENT! The room is comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed and more including little unexpected touches. The staff was incredible and attentive. The excursions were truly wonderful and meaningfully curated. The only complaint is that many of the activities were filled and we couldn’t participate in a few we wanted. We booked the trip about a week before coming and they seem to fill up fast. "Property was ok but in definite need of upgrades and care. The surrounding area is shady at best but could be beautiful if investments are made to buildings, elevators, and electrical systems. The electrical outlets in room didn’t work and were sooty. Overall, needs a redo. "

"Our family vacation was a success and enjoyable for the entire family. The staff were all very welcoming and professionals. My grandkids enjoyed the beach and the pool, while mom and dad went our for a date night. Booking the Whale watching was amazing. I'm so thankful we were able to have joining rooms to help with the kiddos. This place is beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back. "
