Welcome to our 7-bed, 5-bath estate, perfect for large groups or families. Just a half mile from the beach, this property combines two residences: a Luxury Farmhouse (5 bdrms, 4 baths, 2 fam rms, 1.5 kitchens) and a detached Beach Cottage (2 bdrms, 1 bath, 1 kitchen, 1 fam rm). Enjoy shared spaces, private lanais, well-equipped kitchens, spacious baths, A/C bedrooms, and beach essentials for all ages. Plus, access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club with waterslide, pool, gym, pickleball, and more.
NO SMOKING, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, PARTIES(GATHERINGS IN EXCESS OF HOME OCCUPANCY) OR PETS IN THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME. You will be charged $1500, plus any applicable damages if any rule is violated.

Great place for our family vacation!

The house was great for our entire family to stay. We were surprised with how much room we had given that the trip consisted of 12 of us in 4 separate family units. The house had everything we needed for supplies both whether we were at the house or at the beach. It was so close to several beaches and shopping. We couldn't be happier with our choice of accomodations.

Family vacation

We had 13 family members, 12 couples and our 92 year old grandma. The Farmhouse and cottage was perfect. More than enough room for all of us. We had family dinners and played games all together in the main living room. We had use to all the beach equipment we needed for our time at the beach. We all said this could be a house we would stay in again. Brandon was a great host, always available when needed.
