“The proximity to Baby Beach and shops, restaurants was great. The place was clean and roomy, as listed. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely hot when we were there and, as described in the listing, the house doesn't have AC so it was very uncomfortable when we were in the house. The bedroom I was in cooled down about midnight, which was fine with me, but overall the house was too uncomfortable. We also had problems with the circuit breakers tripping 3 or 4 times, for example, when you plugged……

“The home is fantastic!! It was absolutely beautiful!! Great location as well. It would be nice if it had air conditioning. I did not realize it didn’t have air conditioning before my arrival. I worry that some people physically/medically would be affected when sleeping in a hotter environment. Other than that, it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Thank you!! We really enjoyed it!!”

“The house was very close and within walking distance to the beach and pool. Everything you would need to enjoy both were at the house ready to use”

“Good access to Brennecke's Beach. Host tries, but is not in Hawaii ... if you need anything sorted out, it may not happen. Place is OK but being allowed to run down somewhat. Not all A/C units worked; we were fine, but this may be a problem in spring/summer/fall.”

“This property is one of the best our family has ever rented … stocked with items to make our stay most enjoyable. Plenty of towels, beach equipment and snorkeling gear, caddy wagon, games for kids, walking routes to nearby beaches.Group of 10 from our family stayed including 3 granddaughters age 6, 7 and 8. Communication with the host and manager was first rate. The most accommodating people we have encountered.”

“Beautiful place in a perfect location on Poipu! The living area downstairs was exactly what we needed for our family of 5, each having a spot on the couch or outside to listen to the waves. Quick walk to the beautiful beaches in Poipu, and the main center with shops and food. We loved our stay!”

“We were a family of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We especially appreciated having highchairs, a pack-n-play and kid-friendly sand toys at our disposal. Having two washers and dryers on property were great, as was the garage full of extra supplies that were accessible as needed. Brandon, the property manager, answered all our questions in a timely manner. Our only complaint was that the reservation process was unorganized. Paying for the house was inefficient and even once we……

“The house at Poipu Beach Estates was outstanding for our 4 families . Me , and each of my 3 children and their children . each had our own sleeping wings of the house and then all of us shared the common area with living room , dining area , and kitchen . It was one of the greatest vacation homes we have ever had . We loved the beach , the closeness to all activities , and kids ( 7 of them from 8-13 ) loved the access to The Poipu Beach Athletic Club pool . The only negative was our first time……

“We had an absolutely amazing stay at Poipu Beach Estates! The home was beautiful, spotless, incredibly spacious, and perfect for our large extended family. Having a private ensuite bathroom in every bedroom was such a luxury, giving everyone their own space and privacy. The entire home had air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beautifully maintained, peaceful grounds were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The location was fantastic, with gorgeous……

“Perfect home for our whole family! Just as pictures showed! Loved being so close to everything in Poipu!”
