We booked our unit for a once-in-a-lifetime family trip to celebrate milestone anniversaries. We had high expectations and they were exceeded! It’s a beautiful home with a phenomenal view. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook meals and we loved that each couple could have their own bathroom. Should we return, we’ll definitely stay again!

Wonderful unit

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay. We actually had a family reunion and rented 5 units. We were all pleased and plan to return. Our unit was very well stocked and a lovely lanai.

I loved the spacious covered lanai with a wonderful view of the lush greenery and ocean. The condo was so comfortable and clean. It was spacious enough for our group of four adults and two children. It was stocked well for eating at home and going to the beach. Laundry was new and worked well. I loved the area and the grounds were lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Pili Mai. Location was excellent for our excursions. Shops were close by. Beds were comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of space. Used the pool and it wasn’t too busy. Enjoyed meals on the lanai with a view of the ocean in the distance. Would stay here again if visiting Kauai. First time renting from Vacasa and had a great experience. Communication was very good.

Very nice apartment, lots of room, big beds, 3 bathrooms. All in excellent condition. Easy to get in. Outside area is very comfortable, lost of shade, and you have beautiful ocean view. Car is highly recommended, because not much on walking distance. Also beach is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Very Nice

This place was very nice for our family of 6 adults. The bedroom with the queen size bed did not have a dresser. The only thing else is the downstairs neighbor was a little demanding on being quiet, even walking around the unit. She stated that their were very bad acoustics and she hears everything. However overall the place was very nice and very comfortable for all of us.

They thought of everything

Not only was the place beautiful and spacious, but spotlessly clean, smelled fresh, and had everything we needed and more! Even opened the fridge to find a Brita filled with ice cold water, perfect after a day of travel. Beds were incredibly comfortable and bedrooms are distant from each other and private with a bathroom for each. The only glitches were that we were texted a 6-digit code that didn’t unlock the door after multiple tries, but called the number and was given the correct 4-digit code right away. Wasn’t sure where the parking space was, but the neighbors are very friendly and happily showed us where to park. We always book a place with a hot tub for therapy…not having access to one on vacation is a deal-breaker. Went to use this one as soon as it opened but was turned away by a prickly maintenance guy. Understandably it had to be drained and refilled, but why not do it before opening for the day? These things do happen without notice and definitely not the homeowner’s fault. We would for sure stay here again and have already recommended to friends and family. The view of the sunrise from the balcony is over the top amazing!

Perfect for families.

Beautiful spacious, three bedroom three bath townhome. The home had everything we needed all the cooking appliances and utensils you can think of. The kitchen had seasoning and cooking oil. The closet had an ice chest, beach chairs, beach, wagon, snorkeling, gear, bug spray, and sunblock. The washer and dryer was very convenient as I had three kids. Downstairs neighbor was nice. I said hi and by a few times she did not bother with us. The bedrooms are very spaced apart, which was very nice. I absolutely love the ceiling fans. The AC worked wonderfully. The pool was really nice as well along with the resort style pool that you have access to. The house was very clean when we entered. There are extra pillows and blankets in the closet. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and laundry soap. They also provided dish soap. The cupboards are packed with cups and plates. Everything that you possibly need. The property was very beautiful and big. I highly recommend this townhome to anyone especially families with kids. we stayed for eight days and I actually called to extend my stay, but unfortunately the unit was already rented out on my scheduled check out day if it wasn’t I would have stayed an extra four days.

Amazing property but beware of the resident that lives below

The condo itself was perfect. Beautiful views, well stocked (besides condiments which was a bummer to have to buy and leave behind), clean, spacious, very comfortable beds, awesome pool, close to the beautiful po'ipu beach and shops. However, if you have kids (especially young kids), this condo may not be the place for you. The full-time resident right below this condo was very rude to us. She placed a noise complaint with Vacasa after a few days of normal walking around, our kids playing, cooking in the kitchen, etc... There was no extra noise from us outside the normal living noises. We were even in bed every single night by 8PM. When we first arrived at the condo after a very long travel day, she was waiting outside and stopped us to ask us to be quiet because everyone who stays at 13C disturbs her since there was no acoustics put in when they were built. This tells me that any noise, even normal everyday living noise disturbs her so just be aware that you will probably receive a noise complaint if you have children. She also stopped us again upon leaving the condo for dinner one night and was hounding us about where we live and why. It was very uncomfortable. I felt as if my kids could not play and be kids here because I was afraid it would disturb her. So we tried to spend as much time away from the condo as possible. I know Vacasa can't really do much about this but I wanted to warn others with kids. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay but when we come back to Kauai, we will be finding somewhere more kid friendly to stay.
