“All great - EXCEPT - after 10 hours of traveling, To Ha, the woman behind the front desk, kept us waiting half an hour to check in - when there were zero people on line or in front of her. While we were directed by the bellman to take a seat, she was on the phone, typing on her computer, and smiling and talking to any guest that came by with a question.
