XXL semi-detached house, premium class, with exclusive equipment, a short walk from the beach. Location in a quiet housing estate of single-family houses, close to the center of the resort, where you can find numerous bars, restaurants and shops. For larger shopping or in search of more attractions, Kołobrzeg, neighboring Grzybowo, invites you. The hosts live in a separate, smaller house on the same property. The 3-storey house is located on a fenced property. On the ground floor there is a large, open space including a very well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a recreation room. Higher up, in the attic there is a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. The property is equipped with a washing machine (use for an additional fee: 50 Eur / week). There are 2 large terraces with a set of lounge furniture. There is barbecue equipment and safe parking. Wireless internet is available. Included in the price of your stay: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, internet, parking, final cleaning. The location allows quick access to the seaside beach. The longest bicycle path in Poland (R-10) runs just 100 m from the apartment complex, which is an easy and pleasant way to visit the neighboring resorts by bike: Kolobrzeg, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Sehr tolles aber „empfindliches“ Haus mit Vermietern auf dem Grundstück

Die Lage und das Haus sind top. Das Haus ist an sich sehr groß, allerdings durch überdimensionale Pflanzen auch etwas zugestellt. Bad und Betten sind OK. Kleines Manko sind die Vermieter, die mit auf dem Grundstück leben und mit erhobenen Zeigefinger auf alle Befindlichkeiten des Hauses hinweisen. Das muss man mögen. Versteckte Kosten sind Warmwasser (Gas), Internet (wenn zu viel gestreamt wird) und die Nutzung der Waschmaschine. Ist bei diesem Preis einfach zu viel on top! Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr einfach (billig) gehalten, es gibt z.B. nur Filterkaffee. In den Ort fahren wir sicher nochmal, aber nicht wieder in dieses Haus.
