This three-story house is situated on a well-maintained, fenced property. The ground floor features a large, open-plan space with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The ground floor also features one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet. On the first floor are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a recreation room. Upstairs, in the attic, there's a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. The property is equipped with a washing machine (use for an additional fee of €50/week). There are two large terraces with lounge furniture. There are barbecue facilities and secure parking. Wireless internet is available. NOTE: The hosts strictly refuse to accommodate groups of youth, students, etc. A quiet nighttime curfew is in effect between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
