「The location is outstanding with a fabulous aspect to the pure white beach and mountains beyond. The staff were brilliant and the food was lovely. The only negative comment I would make would be that the property needs a little bit of TLC in the bathrooms - need updating / refurbishing which would then very much justify a 5 star rating.」

My Bose earphones were stolen from my room, and they were not left out in the open — they were buried inside my fanny pack, which was inside my duffel bag. Someone clearly went through my personal belongings. I also found my things shuffled around in a way that made it obvious my bag had been opened. 「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」

The employee at the front desk during the day (Asi, I believe) was very kind and extremely helpful.
