"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. "Everything is very nice with the stay! We love the hotel, its history, the location, and the excellent breakfast! The only thing we weren't sure about was that the cleaning service took all the towels and only gave us one new towel, which isn't enough for us to use. Maybe we should go ask the front desk, but we found out too late. Other than that, the stay was great!"
