"Room was very clean and toiletries are readily available. Clean towels are changed daily when requested.Despite the language barrier staff tried their best to help. Kudos to all your staff. "The hotel is located on a hillside not far from Miyaura Port. In the morning, rooms with balconies offer beautiful views and sunrises. Walking to the port doesn’t take long, and along the way you can see the red pumpkin and white birdcage illuminated by lights, creating a unique atmosphere in the evening. Our stay was truly heartwarming, and we wish to extend our deepest gratitude to Shimasaki-san, she went above and beyond to assist us, and her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression.
