“Wow, this was a beautiful place to stay- excellent villa, wonderful views and a great ethos to the whole complex. Bojana and her team were so attentive throughout our stay- nothimg was too much trouble and the details they put in place really made our holiday. My 4 year old son loved the villa and all the staff were so wonderfully caring towards him. The food at breakfast and dinner in the resturant were excellent and the ice cream was some of the best we've had. Id highly recommend a stay for……

“Beautiful villa with amazing views. Easy to walk to quiet harbour/beach and restaurant. Owner and agent both very helpful before and during trip. Teenage son loved the separate ground floor area. A/C and pool much appreciated. Good location to visit Kotor and Tivat. Lake Skadar and Rose a bit further but definitely worth a visit. ”

Four good bedrooms with private bathroom facilities made the trip perfect for the 4 couples. The location is excellent - out of Kotor (busy), with restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. The elevator from road level to the house was useful for luggage. “We had a great stay at this villa. It's a great location right on the bay - you can walk across the road and dive straight into the water!The accommodation was ideal for us with good-sized, clean rooms and a comfortable living space. The sauna and gym were an extra nice touch.Despite arriving the night of a crazy storm that knocked out all the power in the area, our host travelled over an hour, late at night, to ensure the power was back on and everything was working for us.One minor……

“House is is great location on the Bay of Kotor with just a road between house and the sea. The house has three good size bedrooms and a kitchen/ small living room with an outside terrace at the back with access to the shared waterfront dock with Budo's restaurant on the ground floor (only does private meals - not open to public). The house has been done up beautifully and was clean and tidy with lovely sheets and towels. Budo was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with and answered……

“This property did not offer “breathtaking views” or “ultimate relaxation.” The property is surrounded by houses in various states of construction, with drilling, banging, and workers burning trash with smoke coming into the pool area from 8am - 5pm despite what the host will tell you. The lights in the kitchen didn't work, there is Christmas decor throughout the house (even in May), faucets are loose, wires exposed everywhere, the master bathroom shower doesn't drain properly and floods the……
