“Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us”

“Amazing view from room and balcony overlooking Kotor Bay. The breakfast was excellent however, the food was not very good at the hotel, room service nor at the Virtu restaurant on the beach. If I’m honest it was more than poor and very overpriced considering the quality is below par. I would rate food ( excluding breakfast) as 1 star ! Such a shame as everything else at the hotel is first rate . ”

“Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van de Porto. Bij aankomst werd onze auto door het personeel geparkeerd want de parking is nogal lastig te vinden. Personeel is super vriendelijk. De locatie is geweldig, en de sushi in het restaurant was heel erg goed. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon, modern en netjes. Kortom, een echte aanrader. Enige nadeel aan Tivat is de infrastructuur. Er staan vaak files.”

“The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back!”

“My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2025 and loved our stay. The hotel is very well kept and very clean. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast every morning. The views of kotor bay are unreal at this location. It is very walkable to many restaurants and there is a small market close by to get bottled water and other beverages & snacks. A long promenade to walk along the water gets you off the busy road on the other side and……
