“民宿就近南城門，距離巴士總站只有七、八分鐘步程！房間精緻，設備亦齊全！民宿主人體貼，到埗一刻已詳細介紹Kotor 古城內值得遊覽的景點，並推介了一些味美餐廳！不錯！但樓下bar的音量略嫌大了，到夜深仍播放着音樂，對住客會構成一定的影響！”

Since it is located in the heart of the Kotor old city, where GPS doesn’t work as well, you may have to inquire about the property location from the local retailers to find it. Best thing is to call the host when you get in the vicinity of the property.”

“Perfect location. 5 minutes to the beach, handy for the local shops and 10 minutes to the old town. Good value for money. Incredible views over the bay. Easy to communicate with the host who was very accommodating. As other guests have mentioned we occasionally noticed a strong drain smell, but this was intermittent and confined to the bathroom so didn’t really impact on the stay. The kitchen is small, but we managed to cook without problems - we like a challenge! Would recommend.”

“Great location in amazing surroundings. The amenities need a bit of care (door handles falling off ) and some additions. The name 'Deluxe Rooms' is misleading. It was more like a hostel with bare bones rooms and the washroom (which was great !) across from a public hallway. The breakfast was good, but nescafe' is not a good start to the day.”

“Wonderful stay at Casa Del Mar. The staff is top notch, extremely helpful and always with a pleasant smile and willingness to help. The hotel itself is sparkling clean. They knew we had to checked out hours before breakfast service started, the staff packed us a to-go meal (sandwiches, fresh fruit, juice and water). Definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Staff was helpful and kind. Property is as it’s pictured. However the noise is way too more than tolerable. The place above the hotel has a party every night till 1 AM! It’s not just simply street noise, but the speaker is actually right under your window blasting on the fullest! I couldn’t find proper earplugs to block out the noise….”

“The apartment was as it appeared in photos, very functional and 15 minute walk from Kotor along the gorgeous coastline. For the price and location it is worth it’s money The host didn’t reply to any of my messages about check in until I had messaged multiple times on the website and whatsapp, then was very snippy when i called to ask which room we were meant to check into, telling me he was very busy. We met another couple who had the same issue.”
