Сложно найти, нет вывески, вход находится слева здания, перед рестораном KFC, надо подняться на 8 этаж. Нет стойки ресепшена. Стоит заранее регистрироваться через почту, чтобы получить электронный ключ. Могут поселить в другом хостеле, когда ты с чемоданами поднялся сюда. При регистрации указывают в письме и местоположение. Надо брать ключ от двери первого этажа, после 23 часов она закрывается и можно ночевать на улице. У нас не было этого ключа, нашли в общем коридоре. В хостеле чисто, но у нас не работал кондей, было очень душно и вентилятор не спасал. Предложили переселится в другой хостел в 10 мин пешком, но с чемоданами очень тяжело было передвигаться и мы остались

チェックインが案内と全く違います。 夕方ぐらいに到着して来た人は大変困惑すると思います。　日本人以外の人達も困っていて、時間が無駄になりました。 やっと見つけたチェックイン場所も別のホステルや店舗です。 一番良い方法は直接ホテルへ行きドアにかかれているアドレスにメールをします。 返信にはドアのロックキー＆部屋番号その下あたりのアドレスをクリックすると部屋の鍵(QRコード)が表示されます。 ホテルの人とは一度も会っていないので最後までこの方法で過ごしました。 部屋の中にある電源元のキーはビルの管理人さんが不在の時に門を開けるものです。 外出時には持って行った方がいいです。 とにかくネット環境なければアウトです！

체크인 장소가 달라서 찾느라 세시간 이상 고생했고 체크인 한다고 호텔스 닷컴 직원과 두 시간 넘게 통화해서 겨우 마지막에 메일로 체크인 함. 체크인을 메일로 한다는 말을 호텔 설명하는 내용에 제시 해줬더라면 고생 안 했을것 같다. 그리고 사진과 다르게 많이 좁고 타올만 교체해 줄뿐 시트나 이불은 그대로 써야 함. 침사추이 근처고 역이랑 가까워서 좋긴 하지만 다음에는 이 호스텔을 이용하고 싶지는 않다

It is not a hotel!

It is not hotel, not even guest room, check in is at 3pm, before it you can not any access, you have to send an e.mail to the "hotel" and ask for the check in , they will send you a pass for enter and then will send a bar code as a key room, it is only 6 room, like an apartment with 6 room, not clean at all! not comfort. after 10PM no any e.mail will answer, if you arrive in HK after 10 PM and would like to check in there is no any chance, not easy also to find this hotel, never again.

駅近で利便性はいいが…難点あり

表記している地図が違うので注意が必要。 チェックアウトが遅いと（関係ないかもしれないが）レセプションには人がいない。 メールで入口のパスワードと部屋の鍵のQRコードが送られてくる。 Hotel.com の予約だけでは送られてこないので注意。

I wasn't able to get into the hotel building when I got there. I left an special comment while booking that I'll be checking in late but there was no proper actions needed as the building was locked from inside and when I called the hotel staff, said he can't response me back as he cannot do an international call back to me. Curtains from the room does not fully cover the window and hot water is limited that it actually turns to cold water as you start to shower more than 5 minutes.

尖沙咀駅、九龍公園に近くロケーションは最高です。 しかし、チェックインの場所もホステルの入り口も分かりにくく、かなり迷いました。 もう少しご案内を丁寧にされた方が良いと思います。 お部屋は期待していなかったのでガッカリはしませんでしたが、雑居ビルのひと部屋を改造しただけで、古さは否めませんがこの場所で個室、思ったよりうるさくなくてこの値段は良い方だと思います。 暑かったので冷蔵庫くらい欲しかった。

こんなものかもしれないけど、体に悪い。

スタッフの対応、ロケーションは言うことなし。尖沙咀の中心とも言える場所で、地下鉄などの移動にも便利。ただ、部屋がカビ臭い、エアコンがカビとホコリだらけ、チェックイン時に洗面台には何かの食べ残しのようなものが残っていたり、トイレも掃除がされておらずとても汚かった。 エアコンが古いのかメンテナンスしていないせいなのか、16度設定でもぬるく、湿気が取れない為、布団も湿っぽい。壁は湿気のせいで塗装がボロボロ剥がれていた。

相片不符

我幫朋友訂的酒店是熱狗巴館，客人當然期望住的房間和相中一樣。首先，原來check in拿鎖匙的地方和熱狗巴館並不是同一幢大廈，如果客人不致電旅館詢問，客人根本不知道，再者，酒店資料中並沒有顯示聯絡電話，酒店職員有致電過我，詢問我朋友甚麼時候到達，我才知道聯絡電話。朋友只懂說普通話，他自己到check in大廈拿鎖匙再到入住旅館的大廈，怎料他到達房間後才發現理想與現實圖，他發照片給我，我亦非常驚訝，我沒有立即致電酒店，我到酒店房間先找朋友，發覺與熱狗巴館是真的完全不一樣，我在酒店門口看招牌才知道叫鈴木賓館，我和朋友到check in櫃台的大廈跟職員理論，一開始酒店職員態度不好說要先查一下，她再說鈴木賓館都是屬於他們的，第二次出來態度變好，她跟我說熱狗巴館已滿，不知道為何客滿還可以在上網訂到熱狗巴館，她還跟我說甚麼市場不好，牌照問題，她只是負責check in，分房的責任不在她，她說會幫我換房，但要再查一下那裡有房，第三次她決定分派天星碼頭館給我們，我再三強調我想先看照片，因為不想房間問題，要再到check in櫃台這邊，後來她不斷找照片給我看，我們都確定了才到和check in櫃台大廈有十分鐘路程的天星碼頭館，但我們離開櫃台前，她突然記得新房間沒有被單，她問我們可否代勞，但我拒絕，首先我們是客人，之前已經有不快經歷，我不想朋友自己拿被單過去，第二是check in櫃台跟新房間有十分鐘距離，沒有理由要客人自己拿，畢竟是比較遠的路程，最後天星碼頭館的房間還可以接受，但我和朋友都沒有想過由check in到有房間足足浪費了兩個小時，還有被單由我們五點多離開櫃台時說會在七點前送到，但我們九點多曾經回到房間放東西還未有被單，我都要再致電旅館，職員說要多點時間才送到。 其實我和朋友都不能接受旅館曾經派發過鈴木賓館的解釋，因為我朋友是說普通話的遊客，所以有這樣事情發生嗎？

Bien placé mais vraiment petit. En même temps, on est à Hong Kong :-) Chambres confortables malgré tout. Petit côté negatif: les responsables qui parlent le chinglish (anglais-chinois) difficilement compréhensible d'où la difficulté de communiquer...

地理位置非常好, 离尖沙咀地铁站只有1分钟的步行距离. 但是, 实际房间与官网图片严重不符. 房间和招待所的体验一样. 直接上门预定, 价格便宜50港币左右. 同时, 网站地址和实际地址不同, 网上是80号, 实际是86-88那栋楼. The location is very good, only a 1-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. However, the actual room and the official website picture is seriously inconsistent with the room and the guest house experience the same. Direct home booking, the price is about 50 Hong Kong dollars at the same time, the site address and the actual address is different, the Internet is 80, the actual 86-88 that building.

주소가 틀려요

주소가 틀려서 찾는데 1시간 소유 되어 짜증과 분노... 한국의 익스피디아와 통화하면 전화요금 4만원 너무 힘든 경험 이었다. 신청한 방도 없어 다른방 받음 전혀 추천하기 싫은 방입니다.

服務很糟，沒有信用的飯店，不會再選擇第二次

原本訂了三晚熱狗巴館，結果當天下午四點多到的時候，旅館竟然告知熱狗巴館沒房間了，要幫我們換到距離check in約步行10分鐘的『天星碼頭館』！櫃臺雖然不停的道歉，也約定隔天再幫我們換到熱狗巴館，但是錢都付清了，hotels.com跟旅館本身的確認信也都收到了，卻到達才說第一晚沒房間？！ 自己步行到天星碼頭館，一進6號房就傻眼了...房間小到不行，兩個人走進去加上登機箱就滿了，牆壁有壁癌跟剝落，床上有小蟲，床單還有污漬跟燒破的洞，整個房間充滿著霉味。拍了照片回到櫃臺理論，爭執到最後，櫃臺同意退差價（一開始說兩邊一樣價錢），幫忙換床單（原本只打算給床單要我們自己拿回去換）。 洗澡熱水不足，洗完頭（短髮不到三分鐘）就沒熱水了....跟旅館反應，只說因為熱水是一桶一桶燒的，所以洗個20分鐘就會沒有，要重新燒.....問題是我才把頭洗完就沒熱水了是怎樣？ 隔天換了熱狗巴房感覺好一點，但是熱水一樣不足，除非把水量調小，要不然無法完整的洗完熱水澡。 絕對不會再選擇第二次的旅館！

周圍有客運 地鐵 針對交通的部分我覺得很方便 很推薦 只是要稍微找一下地點 一開始check in有點找不到在哪裡 如果有貼指示牌告知我們 我覺得應該會更好 如果可以多提供一些建議 如附近的美食 必買商品等等 我想大家應該會更喜歡吧

Don't expect much, shelter over roof stay only

Slight disappointed as compared to the photo display due to the condition is a little run down. No doubt that is a good location as the MTR is just 2 mins walk. The toiletries is not provided in full, best to bring along yours. The hot water supply for showering only last for 15 minutes and after which u have to wait for another 15mintues before you have ur warm shower again, very disappointing. No utensils provided only electric kettle. TV channels less than 5 with unclear vision. WIFI cmi. Please buy their prepaid data card. Room without windows. Area Is probably only 35 square metre. Aircon leaking on 2nd day stay on 3rd night aircon not working sudden engine choke sound which shocked me and couldn't switch on the aircon for the whole night but the good thing is their service. I couldn't reach their recept during the wee hours with their gate close as it was located at another building however, with their prompt email reply ease my mind. I was provided with switch of room on my last night at comic panda hostel which is really way better.

骯髒,床單有血跡,冷氣機滴水,員工態度需要改善的青年民宿

於中秋期間入住酒店，登記後職員指示我們到另一幢大廈入住，大廈過了11點會上鎖，但房卡鎖匙漏了大門的鎖匙，要等其他人進內才可跟隨，床單有血跡，而且有很多塵垢，訓了幾天身感到痕癢，最離奇的是半夜3,4點左右聽到怪聲，打開燈發現冷氣機滴水，而且不是一兩滴的那種，房間空間少，所有行李都被浸濕，我們用2條大浴巾舖地下都仍然不夠，因為是半夜關係，早上才打電話給前台，前台沒有人聽電話，過了兩至三小時，才見到有清潔姐姐叫她幫我們找職員，之後轉了另一間房，但過程中職員沒有作出賠償和有誠意的道歉，只安排轉房就走了，這天令我們行程延誤了兩至三小時。後來在EXPEDIA反映後，酒店表示會賠償HK300元給我們下次入住，但有限期是半年內，我們都未必有機會半年內入住。 雖然價格合理，但民宿提供的基本清潔、舒適都未能做到，酒店衛生，服務態度有待改善。 We checked in at another building without clear instruction. The main gate of the building will be locked at 11pm every night. However,the key is not included in the room key set. We need to wait another to open the gate door for us. The bed cover has bloodstain and we felt itchy after we were sleeping few nights. We also found that the Water dripping from air-conditioner at around 3am. No one answer our phone calls from morning with almost 3 hours. We asked help from the cleaning staff and asked to change to another room. All of our luggage are wet and the staff did not apology sincerely after room arrangement. We wasted 3 hours on that day. The hotel provided 300hkd coupon for us with half year limited after we expressed in expedia. We do not think we will live here again in this short period. Although the price is reasonable, we do think the hostel requires basic hygiene and good service attitude.
