Older beach resort. Staff not super friendly, but they did their job well. I needed a Grab for everything, including going to Dragon Crest for hike. And So Nong night market, so would reconsider location next time.

The setting of the hotel was great. Right on the quiet Khlong Muang beach with a great swath of clean sand and awesome sunset views. We stayed in a family room in the main building which was modern and lovely. There are also 2 small pools to enjoy (one on the beach front). It’s about 10 minutes drive from the chaos of Ao Nang. We had no issue getting tours to pick us up directly from the hotel. We recommend The Best 50m up the road away from the beach for awesome smoothies and food. The Balibar is also run by a lovely couple.

Amazing experience! I came for a weekend for the Oceanman race and I am really happy I stayed at this hotel. 1. It’s close to the official race hotel (you need to walk only 3 mins - that is the good advantage as the race starts early morning) 2. It’s located on the beach so you may have all the advantages of waking up and having the sea view right from your bed. 3. The restaurant Ananas is a good one and they serve really good Thai (and not only Thai) food. 4. The lady (I suppose she is owner) speaks perfect English and is really helpful. The manager at the restaurant- Saki is a person of an amazing hospitality ! 5. The villa itself is a bamboo hut. With air cond and all the advantages of being close to the nature. I liked the idea itself. As for mosquitoes- you will have them everywhere in Asia, just have a repellent. 6. This is a noisy place - all the living creatures are around. But this is also typical for Asia. You may stay at a luxurious hotel but have a rooster shouting on the yard right next to your hotel. You can hear all your neighbors as well - if you and they are spending time in the room. 7. There is a really good masseuse 100 m from the hotel and they can help you with the reservation. 8. The beach line is really long and is good for running/walking as the sand surface is quite firm. The only thing to mention -I was solo traveler, and didn’t pay too much attention to the noise. It didn’t disturb me really.

Lovely bamboo huts beside a wonderful beach

We had a great 2 week stay; lovely place, very clean and friendly. Wonderful beach to walk along and calm water for swimming. Good garden with plenty of trees, great for sitting in the shade when you want a break from the glorious sunshine! Nice pool in the garden was a bonus. Bamboo huts are great but not soundproof, so hope for good neighbours!

Quiet and relaxing beach side stay.

We only stayed here one night but would definitely go back again. It is in a great location on a lovely beach, very quiet and relaxing. The bamboo huts have everything you need, plenty of towels, toiletries and coffee making facilities. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very reasonably priced food and drinks are available close by. The hotel breakfast that was included in the price of our room was very basic and could easily be improved on. The only negative we found was the number and condition of the sun loungers round the pool. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing then this is ideal.

The beach in front of this hotel is spectacular. The water is clear. Clean beach. Helpful staff. Fast check in and out. Clean room. Great amenities. Clean bed. Great experience. It's difficult to leave this place.

Great secluded getaway

The bungalows were right by the beach. The beach was beautiful and very few people on it. The staff at the hotel were very helpful in finding things to do. The breakfast was basic but you could get eggs made to order for about $2.00. If your looking for a getaway from the crowds this is the place. Lobby closes at 7pm so if you are coming in late at night a watchman will escort you to your room. If you try to call after 7pm you won't get anyone.

Schöne Unterkunft

Schöne Unterkunft, aber sehr hellhörig. Strand ist OK aber nichts besonderes. Die direkte Umgebung bietet reativ wenig an Restaurants, wenn man aber den Strand ca. 25 min. langgeht gibts es viele schöne Restaurants am Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Arrivés à 19h, réception fermée, restaurant fermé. Aucune information sur les services de l'hôtel (wifi...). Pas de restaurant alentours. Accueil peu souriant et peu sympathique pendant le séjour. Situation bord de plage top, logement très sympa a condition d'avoir vue mer, c'était notre cas.

....man muss sich schon einlassen wollen , auf dieses Unikat inmitten all dieser anderen klassischen Hotelstereotypen - dann machts richtig Spass , kann mans richtig geniessen . Nie darf man vergessen , das man nicht in nem üblichen Hotelzimmer wohnt , sondern in einer Bambushütte und wenn man mal "muss" , dann hörens die Nachbarn eben . Aber eben dieses Feeling......Blick aufs Meer von der Hochterrasse aus.....mit nem schönen & kühlen Chang in der Hand ( vorausgesetzt , man hat das Glück und wohnt in nem Beachfront Bungalow )......dabei im Bamboosessel sitzend oder liegend auf der grossen Liege die auch hervorragend zum Draussenschlafen geeignet ist...... ......Südseefeeling pur.....

Nosotros hemos ido en agosto que es temporada baja, estábamos solos en el hotel y nos pusieron en la última fila de cabañas, le preguntamos si podíamos cambiar a otra y nos dijeron que si pagamos 500 baht si, le preguntamos que si eran más caras y nos dijo que no que solo era por querer cambiar de cabaña, no lo entendí ya que estábamos solos. Luego no nos abrieron el acceso a la playa y era quitar un candado, tampoco tenían las sombrillas puestas en la piscina, la pedimos y nos la pusieron. Un día preguntamos si podíamos comer y nos dijo que ese día no había ese servicio, no se si fue casualidad o que no tenían cocinero. El lugar es muy bonito si buscas tranquilidad y no salir de allí, ya que si quieres ir otros pueblos los transportes salen carillos. Las excursiones las contratamos en la oficina de turismo porque una de las empleadas con muy mala cara nos dijo por la mañana un precio y por la tarde otro y que si no nos gustaban que había una oficina de turismo, también salen más caras que en otros sitio. La chica que he menciona siempre nos puso muy mala cara cuando preguntábamos algo, fue bastante desagradable. El resto del personal muy bien. También ponía a la hora de reservar que no se admitían niños y el último día entro un padre con su hija. Son cosas que poco a poco hizo que mis últimos días de vacaciones no fueron tan agradables como espera. Salí con la sensación que me habían estafado por todos lados. Al ser un pueblo apartado no hay competencia, lo 5olas o lo dejas

Peaceful, calm, clean rooms facing the sea

This hotel is for people who want a peaceful stay away from all the noise and parties. The rooms are made of bamboo, placed at a height from the ground and air conditioned. Although, not all rooms offer direct view of the sea (most of them offer partial view at least), you can always hear the waves due to its proximity to the sea. Beds are very comfortable and there are enough toiletries provided too. Every room has a nice seating area at the entrance, and a nice comfortable chair is also provided. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Although this place is away from all the party spots, getting there is never a problem. Bikes can be hired near the hotel (ask for Mr. Somboom Pongpan, he provides bikes and is extremely helpful, great person) to travel to Ao Nang, which is 7 km from the hotel. The rentals range from 150 to 200 baht. There are parties happening everyday at Ao Nang, the popular ones in town is probably Chang Bar, Luna Beach Bar (pretty famous but was closed for renovation in December 2016) and Irish Pub (to catch a game of football). Chang bar is located at Centre Point Plaza which has a few other pubs as well. You can also visit Railay beach from Ao Nang but Railay beach can only be approached by boats. Park your bikes near the boarding point. Charges are 100 baht between 10 AM to 6 PM, 150 from 6 PM to 10 PM. Post 10 PM the rates vary depending on the number of people. Overall, this place is in a great location and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Wunderschönes kleines ruhiges Hotel

Im Bann Chom Le angekommen (30min vom Flughafen Krabi) wurden wir herzlich empfangen u d zu unserer Hütte gebracht. Die Hütten sind in einem schönen Garten mit tollem sauberen Pool angelegt, sie sind schön eingerichtet, das Bett ist groß & sehr bequem & das halboffenen Bad mit Regendusche ein Traum. Die Terrasse läd zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am langen ruhigen Sandstrand, super tolles sauberes Wasser! In der nächsten Bucht, 5.Min. zu Fuß am Strand lang sind viele nette Bars & Restaurants. In der kleinen Bamboo Bar dort sind die Preise super & das Essen waaaahnsinnig lecker, UNBEDINGT ausprobieren, auch wenn die Restaurants davor gutgefüllt & die kleine Bamboo Bar leer ist! Die Curries könnten besser nicht sein & die Fruitshakes sind super lecker aus frischem Obst gemacht! Das Frühstück im Bann Chom Le ist übersichtlich aber frisch & vollkommen ausreichend. Wir sind schon oft & viel durch Thailand gereist aber: Wir kommen definitiv wieder an diesen wunderschönen paradiesischen Ort! In der Gegend von Krabi wirklich der schönste Ort zum entspannten Urlaub machen. AO Nang & Railay sind völlig überfüllt, dreckig & laut mittlerweile. Zum Party machen ok, aber für Ruhesuchende völlig falsch!

Très décevant

Nous avions réservé 5 nuits dans cet "hôtel" et l'avons quitté le lendemain. La chambre comprend un lit une table TV et une petite table. Rien pour poser les valises. Inconfort total. Des vis ressortent des bambous posés au sol donc danger de marcher sans chaussure. Je ne parlerai même pas de la salle d'eau. 4 transats à la piscine sans parasol. 2 transats dans le jardin. Aucun coin pour se reposer car aucun parasol. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel sauf aux Robinson Crusoé. Très mauvaise expérience pour nous.

Bambushäuser am Strand

Die angebauten Freiluftbäder runden den gesamten Robinsoneindruck ab. Aufgrund dieses Umstands stehen die Häuer ein wenig zu dicht zusammen, aber das trübete nicht den Gesamteindruck der sauberen und freunlichen Anlage. Wir werden wohl wiederkommen !!! :-)

Jag fick en fantastisk bambubungalow med utsikt mot havet. super rent!! nya handukar varje dag. Dock rekomenderar jag att du inte är känslig för naturljud då man hör grodor, syrsor och fiskebåtar sena kvällar och tidigar morgonar. Du får gå 5-10 min till byn där det finns restauranger, affär och massage och någon affär men inget mer. Du kan även gå längs med stranden ca 10 min för att komma til den andra byn som har söta restauranger/barer på stranden. Detta är allt som fins här. Vill du ha mer får du ta taxi til ao nang för 500 baht eller åka på olika utflykter. Underbara tjejer som styr och som har byggt upp en söt trädgård som har har massor av potential. hotellet har oxå mat och frukost. bra kaffe Americano! Utanför hotellet finns tre enkla sytånd med mat taxiservice. Jag var ute efter lugn och ro och det fick jag. Stranden som finns precis utanför kunde varit mer städad då här finns en hel del skräp tyvärr.
