Very nice, buuut

Very good service. The food there was good, but very expensive. Airport prices all over the place. You could see that some parts of the hotel was worn down. But very good breakfast, service and the place is incredible.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Super friendly staff, but the room and location (view) was off the charts! Pictures can’t explain the beauty here. You also get monkeys (spectacled langurs), one outside our room and 4 in a palm tree next to us during breakfast this morning! We also got elephants made out of towels and flowers when we came back from Phi Phi Island! I love this place!

The hotel is not clean at all, and the staff doesn't know how to provide proper service. It's also very far from everything.

This property was probably beautiful when it first opened but it is now run-down & needs maintenance. The location is stunning, as it's set within a national park. There are monkeys around, so beware! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge access was well worth the upgrade as the afternoon tea and evening cocktail hour had a nice selection of items. Breakfast was just average for us but there is a lot of options to chose from.

The resort itself was amazing, right on the beach with a great pool. The only downfall is if you want to do some shopping or get out of the resort, you have to take a boat shuttle or walk the monkey trail. The continental breakfast was great as they had many options to choose from. However, restaurants in the resort were very pricey (at least we felt like)!

Really enjoyable stay

Lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond for me and my partner who were celebrating our anniversary. I couldn’t fault them. Ao nang beach area is extremely busy and this hotel was great for escaping that. I’d say the only negative was the monkey trail especially if you have reduced mobility. It’s very steep and there’s lot of steps. They do provide a boat transfer however it’s only at certain times and they do prioritise those people checking in and out. Would stay again.

This is a wonderful place! Luxurious without any stuffiness. The entire staff are wonderful, kind and attentive. Food is likewise very nice and good value for a resort. Oh, and the location is spectacular!

Probably the best hotel in the area. While the resort is a bit tired, our stay was good. You are isolated to the point where the resort is accessible by a short boat transport and have the option of walking over the monkey trail (10min) or walk around the headland on low tide to shops, bars and restaurants.

The beach front property was amazing. The aminitys were good. Although the room service was a bit slow the bar and pool side service was excellent. Not crazy convenient to get to Aonong beach area but as long as you know that going in you will love it. Fantastic remote location.

Great property in one of the best beaches in Krabi, beautiful hotel with good amenities. The boat transportation works great and it is easy either to go to Krabi town or ao nang. All the tour picked up in the hotel pier, what made it really convenient. Hotel has fair restaurant options and an awesome swimming pool. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Krabi

Amazing resort! Private beach and town is a boat ride away ( resort) provided free boat rides to and from the resort all throughout the day/ night with a timed schedule. The Villa we had was gorgeous, private, clean and amazing views. The private infinity pool was a plus. Super friendly staff, accommodating and the daily breakfast buffet was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here!

We liked the location but had various problems that included: power outages over a two days/nights, bed was very uncomfortable and we had a leaky sink. The staff was nice but the property needs some TLC. We ended up leaving early.

The resort is beautiful, awesome beach. The restaurants are mediocre at best and cost 10 times more than anywhere else in Thailand. The place is big and built on a cliff but if you want a ride to the room you need to wait half an hour. The staff does a favour when addressing any issue. For the price they charge I can not recommend

Ideal location. Isolated but can still walk/climb and desend stairs into Krabi, the "monkey path". Staff does an excellent job, unequivocally! Especially when you consider the property will be closed in 3 months time for a much needed renovation. Was told the property opened its doors in 2006. If you plan on staying before the renovation please lower your expectations in regards to the conditions of rooms and other facilities.

We had a great time at Centara, everything worked as planned, the staff was outstandingly friendly and the food is great. The prices are high compared to thai standarts, but fot a five star hotel they are normal. Also, we saw a lot of wild animals as the hotel is located in a national park (monkeys :)). We will definitely come back and recommend it to families or couples!

Love this beautiful property. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and we can tell they work so hard, so thank you! The only thing we didn’t love was the food. I think if this was improved it would make a world of a difference.
