Check in was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Gym was small and had very limited dumbbells. Paper note on wall said AC available but didn’t try turning it on. Hallways do not have aircon. Our room AC was not effective at night even with it maxed out. The room was “only ok” for the price and we only stayed 1 night. I would not book here again because of the AC and our neighbours were so loud and kept opening closing their room doors. Terrible sound proofing. It was not a restful night for us.

Great location. Staff were friendly. Rooms were great. Pool, poolside and swim up bar was nice. Happy hour twice a day. Great live music outside in the front on the evening. We did not eat at the hotel, but would have if we had more time.

Good location. Air con not the best

Nice hotel. Our air con was fine during the day and then would be unbearable over night and the following morning. We were given a fan but due to it being industrial was an uncomfortable night's sleep. Everything else was good. Great location and staff.

The room was very spacious. AC and WiFi worked great. The mattress was a little hard but nothing super uncomfortable. A lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast has a lot of options (fruits, bread, iogurt, coffee, Thai dishes).

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is helpful. Breakfast has good options for local and international foods. The pool is nice, but only gets sun from 12 to 4 pm. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and narrow.

The hotel staff were very friendly and was ready to help us with whatever we needed. By our arrival, they surprised us with a small gesture and some amazing snacks. The room was clean and they cleaned our room daily but there were some ants around the room. Overall, it was a very decent place to stay and very central.
