Property was breathtaking! We booked the pool and ocean view and can say it was worth every penny. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Property is a quick ten minute walk to the main beach area and town. We enjoyed it and cannot wait to return here!!

The property was gorgeous and staff were amazing and attentive. The views are amazing from this resort and the buggy to drop and pick you up is nice but it is a bit of a walk through a dirt path into town. When it rained, we relied on the buggy to avoid the mud puddles so i would just avoid staying during rainy season if you want something more accessible/easy. We stayed in the gorgeous jacuzzi villa. There’s some water stains/mold spots on the walls. The outdoor shower and jacuzzi has no warm/hot water so that was a bummer that was a bummer. And not sure if its house cleaning in krabi area or what but they would come late after 3pm.

This place is paradise. There’s no better view in Railay than from poolside at Phutawan. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The drinks are amazing. Best resort on the island, will stay anytime I’m in Railay!

The staffs were wonderful and always ready to help. Lots of breakfast choice, nice view with a pool. The only issue we had was the AC (it runs for 30 minutes and then that was it) which we could’ve said something to the staffs but we just kind of brush it off and dealt with it; possibly user error mostly. Besides the small AC inconvenience, everything else was perfect!

First off, the pool is absolutely amazing! Well worth the stage just because of the beautiful pool overlooking a giant, beautiful cliff and ocean view. Drinking watermelon shakes and fresh coconuts, cooling up by the pool, looking at the view was something I will not forget. It is on a hill, but a good way to get your exercise in every day, and still close to everything. I highly recommend! Oh, and breakfast was vast and delicious as well.

This hotel is magical. It’s small and spectacular, with the nicest staff and everyone was so welcoming. We loved our stay so much and I would highly recommend. The room was gorgeous, pool was amazing. Location is perfect- peaceful and beautiful. We loved the cliffs. We watched bats leave the caves at desk and rock climbers. The food was delicious. Lots of little extra touches in the room. I would 1000% go back.
