“离中心城区比较远，是看中小木屋这个条件去的。只有夜间巴士可以直达酒店，酒店离一个火车站比较近。酒店的早餐品种比较单一。酒店走廊没有铺地毯，夜间和清晨离店的客人，搬行李的声音较大，影响客人休息。我们的房间安排在2楼，窗外就是停车区域，晚上也一直听到大巴车的声音。”

“位於A4交流道下來一分鐘即可抵達～如果有自駕的旅客非常推薦此飯店，房間非常新包含設備也是，有小廚房、書桌、餐桌、衣櫃、鞋櫃、大浴室等等！琉森開車約25分鐘，費用上實惠許多！ 缺點是旁邊是牧場，如果喜歡開窗戶的人可能會聞到牛隻常見的那個味道。室內沒有提供酒杯，櫃檯很熱心的幫我借了酒杯跟他們的餐廳。 整體上真的很滿意此次住宿”

“Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. Our room was warm in the heat of the summer but we were provided with fans which kept the room cool. Would recommend eating at the hotel restaurant - a beautiful setting for dinner and fresh ingredients used. The……

“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”
