Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Besser kann man es nicht haben. Ich denke, dass hauptsächlich wegen der Lage ein sehr hoher Übernachtungspreis verlangt wird. Somit kommen wir zum weiteren Teil der Bewertung. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war so weich, dass auch ein Mensch mit Normalgewicht darin eingesackt ist. Der Stoff der Nachttischlampe war teilweise gerissen, welches überhaupt nicht angemessen für ein 4 Sternehotel ist. Im Bad sah der Badezimmerschrank sehr veraltet aus. Im Zimmer hat die Heizung nicht vernünftig geheizt. Das Frühstück schmeckte zwar sehr gut, allerdings ist das Buffet sehr übersichtlich. Allerdings kann der Gast aus einer Menükarte verschiedene andere Sachen bestellen (z.B. Toast, ein polnisches oder englisches Frühstück, Rührei, Spiegelei etc.). Kurz zusammengefasst: Insgesamt war es mittelmäßig. Für den gezahlten sehr teuren Preis pro Übernachtung würde ich mir beim nächsten Mal aber ein anderes Hotel aussuchen.

Lovely service from staff. The hotel is in perfect location. The bed is comfortable. The only thing we was not happy about was the bathroom and cleanliness. The bathroom smelt awful. It smelt of damp and was very strong. The shower head hasn’t been cleaned properly. There are stains all over it. Slow draining in shower as well. There are marks/stains on the carpets right outside the bathroom door. The fridge door isn’t straight so when you try close it the door hits the wardrobe which has left marks in the wardrobe from previous users. The room is lovely and beautiful but needs cleaning and touching on some bits. There are amazing coffee and tea making amenities. It would be amazing otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay here during Christmas week. You really can't beat the location as it's right in the main square that contains the cloth hall, St. Mary's Basilica and many great shops and restaurants. It also host's the amazing annual Christmas Market. Our room was clean, cozy and well stocked every day of our stay. Kudo's to the housekeeping staff for doing such a great job. The front desk staff (especially Vlad who works in the evenings) were always friendly and happy to answer our questions and make arrangements for us. The breakfast spread is a nice way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. We felt Betmanowska Main Square Residence was a great value for the price we paid.

What a lovely hotel - welcoming staff - right in the square - exactly where we wanted to be - with the Christmas market and festivities. Our Room was absolutely perfect - breakfast was whatever you chose and great and every member of staff so helpful. The driver that took us to the salt mine was so nice and knowledgable - a really great day we had. Cannot recommend high enough - a really good choice for us and we will be returning again .Thank you so much for a great stay .

Breakfast was lovely mix of cold meats, cheeses, friuit and bread. Hot options also available. Food was ljvely and fresh. Room was clean, wee bit tired round the edges but bed really comfortable and free prosecco on arrival and free (non alcohol) mini bar was very welcome. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
