Good location!!
The location is great and the breakfast is very good. The room with street side may be a little bit noisy but it's interesting to see what's happening on the street (and they kindly provide ear plugs on the table.)

Great location nice clean hotel. Rather loud at night because it is right in the city centre but they provide ear buds which help.

The entrance is hard to find but once found the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I had a single room which was spacious and had all the usual necessities including a large walk in shower. Breakfast was plentiful and the Hotel location was excellent just off the main square. The only downside was having a street facing room and the noise from the street (and the trams at the end of the road) was obtrusive even on the third floor and the complementary ear plugs didn’t help! At the end of the day this is a budget hotel but I was more than satisfied with my stay - indeed I have stayed at worse 4 star hotels!

Albergo in pieno centro in zona pedonale e personale disponibile e gentile. La colazione discreta è servita in una sala che si raggiunge dopo due rampe di scale. L' albergo risente degli anni trascorsi e sicuramente avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Stanza un po' vetusta ma comunque abbastanza pulita.

Ærgerligt at man skal ud på gaden for ar bevæge sig mellem morgemadsrestaurant og værelser. Kun en nøgle pr værelse, hvilket kræver koordination, når man har booket flere dage. Meget venligt personale overalt. Fin morgenmad .

We are not able to provide a breakfast room on each one. I understand that this can be an inconvenience especially in the winter months.Regarding the key - please remember that you always can leave it at the reception desk before you go out or ask the Staff to open you the door. They are at your disposal 24 hours a day.Best regards

Beautiful rooms for our second stay and very helpful in ensuring my sons medication was correctly stored and getting us the same lovely rooms as our first stay . Love this hotel great location. Great selection of breakfast items pancakes,sausage,cheese,cold meats,cereal ,juice,tea and coffee,apples,yoghurts,toast,scrambled eggs,jams etc

Excellent is how to describe Hotel Rezydent
Nine of us stayed at the Hotel, less than a hundred yards from the central square. It is an ideal spot to visit many of Krakow's great sites. The staff were exceptional, the rooms were clean, more than adequate in size, and had pristine en suite facilities. We paid for the morning breakfasts, which offered hot and continental fare. The restaurant was always clean and tidy throughout our stay.

The hotel is right in the edge of the Main Square - great location. Walking distance to Kazimierz- tons of outdoor cafes right there - catch a horse drawn carriage or shop at the cloth market. Staff is friendly and most speak at least some English.

We were given rooms overlooking the road, Ulica Grodzka. Stayed three nights and didn't get any sleep for those nights. The people traffic below was loud and noisy all night, or at least till about 4.00 am. At 6.00 am the cars and trams took over. The windows were double glazed but did not cut out the noise. It was horrendous.

As all single rooms are with street view you got this information in room description. Also a lot of reviews mention this fact so if you made a research before booking this should not suprise you. Of course I understand that this can be a problem for light sleepers but this is Guest decision if location is corret for him or not.Best regards,

Great location and very nice staff but cleanliness was not good. I couldn't touch the curtain as it was so dirty and also ripped. The pillow and quilt in the closet was also dirty. If cleaning could be well then it would be a nice hotel to stay.

Hoteller var greit nok, men vi fikk rom mot en skikkelig innestengt bakgård der all luft fra viftene inne ble blåst rett mot vinduet og det luktet konstant en blanding av kloakk og brent kjøtt inne på rommet. Det var ingen aircondition men en stående vifte som i alle fall ga litt bevegelse i lufta på rommet selv om det fremdeles var veldig innestengt luft. Ubehagelig å våkne om natta av at man brekker seg av lukta. Personalet lot oss heller ikke bytte rom. Vi kommer neppe tilbake hit noen gang.

Each one is extreamly important to us.Unfortunately, as the hotel is located in a historic tenement house, some rooms in the terraced houses do not have a nice view. Nevertheless, they are liked by our guests because they are among the quietest in the hotel and the sounds of Grodzka Street teeming with life 24 hours a day do not reach them.The smells you describe were coming outside (unfortunately the weather outside and the old sewage system in the old town - not in the hotel) sometimes cause such problems. Also, the nearby gastronomy, which is open practically 24 hours a day, adds its value.I checked the availability on this date and unfortunately the staff had no room for maneuver to change your room.Best regards,
