It is a nice budget stay It is a student living , so the community is mainly students. My room is on the ground floor so you may hear their laughter but after 00:30 , the place is very quiet. Spacious, kitchen is equipped but there is no hair dryer. The environment is generally clean but then I found my bed sheets was stained at the corner. Yet, I did not experience any allergies. Comfortable bed and pillow. 20minutes walk to the old town, grocery stores nearby . Communication is a major problem though, their reception are not always available. I was lucky enough that the check in day was a Monday so the staff are available in the afternoon, but other days the staff are only available until 1300. When I check out , there was no staff so I have to wait . Even they say I can try to borrow a hairdryer in the reception, but it was 2300when I found out that , so no one is available. I think the staff are mainly responsible for long term leases.

Kleines nettes Zimmer mit Kochzeile. Ich war vier Nächte dort. Es ist relativ nah zur Altstadt und man kann alles zu Fuß erledigen. Es ist eine Studentenunterkunft mit vielen jungen Leuten. Leider war bei mir auf dem Flur dreimal Party bis mitten in der Nacht. Deshalb würde ich das nächste Mal eher eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Ansonsten hat es mir gut gefallen. Unten im Haus ist ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in dem es auch kleine warme Gerichte gibt.

I stayed here for 26 nights due to a mix-up with my Expedia Platinum agent, who only showed me hotel-style photos, not that this is primarily a student dormitory. My first night was filled with students yelling, screaming, and slamming doors until 4 a.m., and I had to call security multiple times. My room was also above ongoing construction, with deliveries and banging starting at 4–5 a.m. daily. Staff treated me with disdain, delayed solutions for nearly three weeks, and even tried to charge me $800 for a basic room. A male associate, claiming to be a manager, angrily showed me a room without speaking, and I noticed a sign saying “Service Next to None”—I asked about it, and he laughed. The General Manager offered no apology and acted as if resolving my situation was an inconvenience. Even when I was finally moved, the new room wasn’t finished—the sink was missing. Out of 26 nights, I had maybe six or seven nights of quiet sleep. Throughout, I remained kind, patient, and respectful, yet the property failed to provide basic service. At checkout, a senior female manager assured me that if I returned, I would be treated as a Platinum member, which should have happened from the moment they were first notified.

The room was almost brand new, very clean and very well-equipped with new appliances and even a microwave (which is not usual in these parts). The only downside was two fire alarms at night during my stay, and it being a student residential building, there was a bit of noise. Overall, I felt very comfortable and would stay again.

Underbart att jag fick mitt rum redan kl 9! Reste mitt i natten och fick vila ut ordentligt! Trevlig personal som hjälpte till med rekommendationer på ställen att se och bokade taxi vid hemresan. Fint rum med allt man behövde. Nära till citykärnan och transport.

Studio confortable avec une cuisine et une salle de bain. Tout était propre et pratique. Je n’ai pas été dérangé de tout mon séjour et il n’y avait pas de bruit. Nous sommes à 15min à pied de tout le centre. Une station de train a 7/8 min et de tram à 5 min.

Our 2 bedrooms were very clean, brand new Ikea utensils, cutlery, glasses, mugs and they gave you good quality washing up liquid, sponge, handwash snd toilet roll and towels....etc. Plenty wardrobe space, cloth hangers, underbed storage, black out blinds, big windows and long mirror in each room. Bedroom view is not attractive but very quiet accommodation because local uni students are not there till October. Downstairs gym is very large and free to use. Hot and cold vending machine outside the gym. 6 minutes walk to supermarket and local market to sell fruit/veg at Market Hall right next to the train station. Open at 7am so you can buy fresh polish dumplings. 10 mins walk to shopping mall 15 mins walk to old town.

Excellent room for both students and travellers, booked a room for two and was pleasantly surprised to find two separate bedrooms contained within the apartment. Great facilities, covered parking available. Beds were super comfortable and larger than a standard single bed. Had the best nights rest in over two weeks of travel. Close to the train station and a grocery store is located almost directly across the street and close to some great really bakeries and fast food. Microwave, Stove top, fridge, cups, plates and utensils available to prepare food. Modern clean facilities, felt safe and secure. Great value for the price. Would highly recommend!

Parfait !

Je suis restée cinq nuits et tout était parfait. Le studio était très propre, et confortable. Peut être un petit peu chaud la nuit (il faisait entre 27 et 33 degrés pendant mon séjour). Étant au rdc, la fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas entièrement et je ne pouvais donc pas beaucoup aérer. Le logement n’est qu’à 15-20 minutes du centre-ville à pied, parfait pour tout faire à pied. Il y a tout de même le tram qui passe à quelques pas. Je reviendrai ici pour un futur séjour à Cracovie.

Student firm serving as a hotel. Easy checking/checkout. If you choose room with private bathroom option, you get 2 tiny single rooms with single bed each, with private bathroom for your use. Clean, comfy bed, nice amenities (gym!). No hairdryer. No option for late checkout.
