Location, very god. Internal cleanliness, very good. Took 1 1/2 hour for staff to get us information just prior to entry. Call back from owner came after company operation staff provided entry apartment numbers Description stated that apartment had a clothe washer. Yes, machine was in the apartment. However, it was NOT operational. There was NO plug, NO water hookup and NO water discharge drain. We could have pulled the washer out from under the kitchen counter for plug in but it still would not have been operational because the last two items would not work. We had planned for the use of the washer and so, yes, this was a major problem for us. Fortunately we found a nearby self service laundromat. We consider this false advertising.
