Every corner of this sleek retreat has been curated for visual impact and effortless relaxation. From the terrace, watch the city transform through the day—its rooftops catching golden morning light, then shimmering under the stars. Inside, contemporary finishes and artistic details create a space that feels both indulgent and inspiring. Feniks Exceptional isn’t just a stay—it’s a statement.
The Feniks tenement house, where the apartment is located, was built in 1932. The building has 2 elevators, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Market Square. Within a 5-10 minute walk there are many tram and bus stops. The main train station is a 15 minute walk away. The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is only allowed with a permit. We have one paid parking space at our guests' disposal, reservation is required.

- We kindly ask all guests to confirm their arrival time with the reception.
- The reception is located on the 3rd floor and is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00. You can store your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out
- The location of the building in the heart of the city has its price - you cannot expect perfect silence here.
- Organizing any parties (especially stag/hen parties) in the apartment or in the building is strictly prohibited, smoking and keeping animals is strictly prohibited.
- Breakfast is available as a voucher to be used in a nearby cafe for PLN 50.

Lovely property in a great location

We stayed for a week, Saturday-Saturday in May 2025 and our visit to beautiful, historic Krakow was simply fantastic.Fragola Apartments are located right off the square and we had a top floor unit with great views that partially overlooked the main sqauare.From arriving off an early flight and getting to leave our luggage so we could orientate ourselves, to check-in, then taken to our apartment and shown how to access the keyless accommodation, the welcome was warm and very professional.Our all inclusive room had everything you could possibly need for a short stay including a dishwasher!Having the private terrace was a great bonus but unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us so we didn't get to use it much apart from taking photos.We organised a few tours via reception and also our return transfer to the airport and everything was perfect and went smoothly.We can highly recommend the accommodation and if we ever return we would book again.
