「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「Would 100% recommend this to anyone staying in Berlin. We booked the two room apartment because we were travelling with teenage boys, and the space is great for this.
Every amenity you wish for in a hotel room, but with the addition of more space and a kitchen!
The manager that we met was so lovely and helpful. Location was excellent, and lots of nice restaurants nearby.」

「This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」

「Numa had the wrong mobile number for me so its text with the check-in code was returned undelivered. However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room. 「We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent.
If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay」
