"Property was clean and very near Majestic. Air-conditioning, Staff were all excellent and it seemed popular with young professional/ local travelers. But it is at the end of a narrow alley that allows only one automobile at a time. Many times Uber/cabs didn't want to come in through the alley to pick up/drop off."
"Staff is friendly and accommodating.
My only recommendation would be to be just focus on being a professional host and avoid
inconveniencing guests due to religious festivals (such as delaying time of included breakfast)
Having said that, for people who don’t mind that aspect I would say this is a very nice place to stay in the heart of Bengaluru!

"Staff and hospitality were amazing! Riya was so kind and thoughtful to my Dad and Daughter. Breakfast daily was delicious and probably the best I’ve had. Staff there again was so kind in giving suggestions and making sure we experienced all the local cuisines. "

"Room facilities were good. Food menu options are limited in buffet. The poori and chila were not hot. The swimming pool in this hotel is Little far and it was not at all maintained. "

"We loved our stay at the property. The staff and helpers were very professional, and always ensured the highest quality of service. They even went above and beyond with little gestures after we provided them with feedback, which was very nice.
Special mention to Harshita, Sarupa, Savan, David, and many others whose names I cannot remember.
I will definitely be staying at the property when I am back in Bangalore next time."
