「The front desk staff were wonderful. Nearly all service staff were rude and unhelpful with a few of exceptions. There are cultural differences I expect to navigate but they were rude, ignored us constantly and honestly made the experience unenjoyable. 「We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent...

During our stay the majority of guests were either young families with small children or couples aged 60+ so there wasn’t much of an atmosphere.
