「Die Hotelanlage präsentiert sich in einem gepflegten und ansprechenden Zustand, wobei das Frühstücksangebot durch seine Vielfalt und Reichhaltigkeit besticht. Das Abendessen à la carte ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel empfinde ich die Preisgestaltung als leicht überzogen.」

「Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i servizi: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata anche se manca qualcosina tipo tostapane qualche coltello che taglia e una cappa fumi e luce zona cottura ma questi sono consigli non critiche. Anche una scopa per pavimenti. A un km c'è un grade centro commerciale e proprio sotto casa un mini market. L'ho trovato molto comodo lo consiglio.la gestione molto cordiale e disponibile」

「The reception staff were extra-ordinary. Their friendliness, helpful attitude, and customer centered focus made this a delightful experience. One of the above staff members, Yadlia, really made this the Best of the Best stays in Katowice. Since I had a gate controlled outside parking space, she would open and close the gate when my car was at the gate. What service! The whole staff including the restaurant, housekeeping, and grounds employees were the most important part of making this hotel...

「It is the best and the only 5 stars hotel in katowice city. Staff were very helpful. Only take 3 minutes to Mariacka street and 5 minutes to train station by walking. Their facilities are perfect, even has heated floor in bathroom. Would recommend to stay here if you have enough budget.」

「At a convenient location. No WiFi during our stay. The card said there is a free drink. But when we ask, it is only for ibis card member. There is a bug on the bed when I get in the room.」
