Great apartment

We had a great family stay here for a week. It's a well equipped, well maintained apartment in the quiet Ceylon end of Bukit Bintang with a great view of Merdaka 118 from the balcony. Restaurant and bar district within walking distance, but you'll probably Grab for anything else.

Poor Experience with Advante Homes – Suasana Suites

• Washing machine didn’t work – no prior instructions; slow response• Elevator key access failed due to unresolved building dispute• Found cockroach, clogged toilet (no flushing allowed, not disclosed)• Severe AC leak – soaked room, unresolved throughout stay• Dusty master bedroom, black mold on bathroom mats• Persistent fruit fly infestation despite cleanliness• Technician visits delayed or canceled, poor communication• Couldn’t use gym/pool or be relocated due to access issues• Multiple unresolved maintenance and hygiene problemsWould not recommend this property or management.
