omg it's not heaven hotel is hell hotel really very very bad experience with this hotel. i never expect in my life hotel like that also have. broken toilet and room walls with ceiling sheet and can listen sound of beside room. i was booked that hotel for 3 night and when i was checkin after checkin i only stay in room hardly 10 mints and i decided to leave that hotel at same time because it's really very very bad condition hotel.
It was in a great location but the service there was poor, even tge wifi was in not good condition. I lost wifi connection all the time and had to use 4G data. There was no mirror in the room, used the shared bathroom without hot water :(
DISGUSTING Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere
This place is absolutely disgusting, I've stayed in low budget places before but this one is a joke. Staff are rude; not a word was spoken to me other than 'passport!' at check in. The room was full of bugs and dirt, do not look under the beds, in any drawers or in the shower unless you want to see some disgustingly long black curly hairs. The bed was a dirty old mattress with a dirty sheet and smelly pillow, no duvet just a smelly fake burberry fleece blanket which I doubt had been washed in the last six months. There are also no basic commodities such as toilet paper!! The overall condition was horrific, I couldn't work out if it was still in construction or just really really old...my bathroom door was hanging off the wall and the toilet didn't flush. The central location is a redeeming factor but very very noisy...I was woken every hour with either shreaking laughter or crying babies.

You get what you paid for.
Room price is cheap. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. Air conditioner's temperature is not adjustable because of missing controller. The air con is defaulted at 16 degrees Celsius. Which makes the room too cold to sleep. The bathroom's drainage has hairs from previous users. But you get what you paid for. If you just need a room to sleep alone for a night or two, it is not too bad of a choice for its cheap price and location.
The place was like brand new, cosy, quiet with very cool aircon. The room was quite minuscule but we weren't in need of more space, being just one night.
Hotel looks like it would be still in construction. Rooms facilities are quite poorly build. Taking a shower took longer than usually, due to the amount of water that was dripping out of it. Stuff could be more friendly...
But to be fair...we paid about 115 Rm for two nights. The room was clean so far and the location was good as well. But we got definitely already better accommodation for that budget. Alright to stay two nights though if you don't wanna spend much time in your room anyway.
Check in afternoon , Book through Orbitz.com , The front desk ( Jamah ) give the key , and said to me that if you don't like the room , I can change it for you , So I check the room.. its small but clean , bathroom has no mirror and window , due to long distance flight and time zone different and I was tired so I don't mind , soon after check in the room and take a rest , few hours later I saw 2-3 mice came through my room , I immediate go down to front desk and the afternoon front desk has off work , this guy not event try to help , saying the boss will come later . I waited for 45 mins still no show , I go back to room wait for next day . 2) next day morning the front desk guy back , told him the story , and he give the new room but it's old room with dry blood on the bed and I didn't take the room , after check out few rooms , finally he give me a new room with window BUT no bathroom door and no mirror... he said if you don't mine , I say ok , the room are very clean but no bathroom door and mirror . ( the window got a small hole and did not closed completely , you can hear the traffic pass by and mosquito bite me as well , So I turn the AC on , it's just very cold at night ! My advise to you , Pay a bit more money to stay better hotel .
By the way this hotel location is not so bad , it's walking distance to Bukit Bintang area .
Also this hotel is not 2 star , is 1 star . since the service is not professional .
I was expected a little more comfort from the photo i've checked before my booking. But in my room only had a bed, one bed side table ( in the drawer had tabaco ashes) and a little bench on the wall. There was no kettle, tea bags or water bottle provided like a photo. And often to hear Mouse walking on the sealing.
