It is great!
The hotel is doing great in all respects. The services are everywhere when you need it. I am especially grateful to the counter manager Mr. Das when he was trying to fix my concern and get the wonderful results for us. I truly enjoy there. Definitely I will return there if I have chance to travel KL again !

Deposit In cash! No Credit card !
They charged me RM170 through credit card as deposit, and told me it would return back to me. The other morning We had breakfast and paid in cash, the stall is an old women walking with a lame. After 4 month I checked the credit card bill I found the RM170 was charged as consumption and not refund. I made a lot of phone calls and email. At first they told me to wait 14 working days. However, yesterday I was told RM170 was to cover breakfast and tourism tax. Bullshit!Breakfast fee must be paid before leaving the hall and I paid in Cash. Every time I called, the staff was polite and asked my phone number and email address. But no one replied and told me what I could to do.

來吉隆坡玩,強力推薦一定要住艾美吉隆坡酒店 地點在中央車站旁=台北車站,交通便利 昨天一到剛好有舞龍舞獅表演 一進飯店,他們還有準備小禮物 有紅包袋、金幣巧克力、幸運餅乾跟兩顆橘子 讓人倍感貼心 早餐餐廳很華麗且菜色豐富,不過是要加價的 假如還有機會來吉隆坡,我還是會選艾美酒店

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel location is convenient, nearby rail stations. Buffet breakfast is generally good. Beddings are clean and tidy except no bath tub, and the room was not ready until 4:30 pm.
