Staff are excellent, super friendly and helpful. Hotel location is right next to the central market, very assessible to 2 LRT stations. Hotel surrounded by the homeless that one may feel comfortable if you come back late. On the other hand, high chance that there are bed bugs in the room we stayed as we felt so itchy......

交通方便綠線藍線紅線公車Grab都有，市區熱鬧點

地點位於紅線KJ14 （中央市場）出口走路8分鐘，飯店有附早餐、游泳池（自備泳衣），附近很多吃的，有些到晚上9點都還有開，不怕路暗，房間整體乾淨，只是偶爾看到有幾隻小螞蟻，吹風機很容易過熱休眠。飯店門口隨時有人接待。

有女兒最愛的浴缸，就是讚！ 飯店地理位置很好，近大眾運輸以及周邊生活機能也很好！ 下次來還是會考慮住這裡。 唯獨早餐單調了點，住三晚早餐沒有改變，可惜了！

One of my worst experiences

Location is great. But the floor and toilet are never cleaned for my one week stay. The most terrible matter is that the birdcall in the surrounding, hundreds of birds screaming everyday at around 11pm and 5am, once the birdcall started, it lasted about half hour to one hour, so which means for my one week stay in this hotel, I 've never had one fair sleep, and my room has a ventilation opening which has no cover, so the soundproof quality is really bad. Also the air-conditioning was malfunctioned in one early morning (about 4am), the room temperature went up to 30 degree, we were too hot and awaked, and then the terrible birdcall came, it was such a terrible experience for us.......

Good, only some flaws

Thr location is great, very close to Central Market, the room is clean but a little bit small for two, still reasonable with this price. The only one concern but not really the fault of this hotel is that, there are pretty of rough sleepers wander around and stay nearby, I personally don't think it could be a safety concern but just for somrone whom may concern or not comfortable with.

Vi hade en okej upplevelse, hotellet ligger geografiskt bra i ett mysigt område nära marknader om man är intresserad av sånt. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Tyvärr var skicket på hotellet ganska dåligt. Vi kom in i ett rum som luktade unket.

Das Hotel ist sicher nicht schlecht und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Metro Station ist in Laufdistanz direkt um die Ecke, das ist perfekt. Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet und eigentlich alles da was man für 2-3 Nächte. Frühstücksbuffet wird angeboten und ist für jeden was dabei. Ich bin satt geworden und das hat auch geschmeckt.Kommen wir aber jetzt zu den Punkten warum ich hier nur zwei Sterne vergebe. Hauptgrund ist die Sauberkeit. Im Zimmer lagen Unmengen kleiner und grosse Haare, die definitiv nicht mir gehört haben. Lagen auch am nächsten Tag noch da und wurden nicht weg geputzt worden. Auch die Shampoo Flasche wurde erst auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt, so etwas muss beim Service direkt erkannt werden. Zusätzlich hat die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich funktioniert. Es war viel zu warm im Zimmer, obwohl sie auf tiefste Temperatur gestellt war, hat nicht wirklich gekühlt. Einer der Hauptpunkte warum es mir aber nicht gefallen hat, war dann die Schlafqualität. Selbst mit ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage war ein permanenter Geräuschpegel im Zimmer. Zusätzlich waren die Kopfkissen viel zu hart. Es gab zwar vier Kopfkissen, die allerdings alle die gleiche Härte hatten. Und sie waren wirklich viel zu hart. Der Kopf lag damit deutlich zu hoch für eine gute Schlafposition.So etwas macht man nicht. Normalerweise ist das aufgeteilt in härter und weicher, hatte ich bisher in vielen Hotels so damit waren Schlaf nicht wirklich zu denken.benötigt.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was modern, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after long days exploring. I also appreciated that housekeeping refreshed the room daily, including towels, water, coffee, and other amenities. The location was one of my favorite part, just steps away from great restaurants, street art, and covered markets, all easily walkable. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, made good use of the pool, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the consistency of the hot water. Other than that, everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again.
