Staff very helpful and accommodating, many amenities offered, nice pool and work-out facility, very clean and room service offered daily (compared to other hotels in Malaysia that offer it every 2nd day!) Location in a safe area and some stores & restaurants are walking distance, but to reach the main tourists attractions, one must take a taxi (or bus that is an 8 minute walk!) Additionally, daily breakfast (wide variety) is included for all guests.

Nice and clean hotel. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The location is quite good. Is close to a lot of landmarks. Definitely close to several places by taxi drive of 10-15 min. The breakfast was pretty good with several options. The staff was quick to clear tables. We stayed for three nights there. It is a great place for the price!

Really lovely hotel. Perfectly situated for walking most of KL, also near the metro if you prefer not to walk. Within 30 mins on foot, lots of dining options. Super helpful staff, concierge service was fantastic. 24 hour shop on site which is very handy.

We booked two rooms for four nights, overall our stay was okay. Initially we were given rooms on the 4th floor. This was horrible because the breakfast area is on the 3rd floor and from 6.30 in the morning you hear plates clanking, this didn't allow us to sleep. We could only move rooms on the third night due to no available rooms. Between the two rooms we had, the one was much smaller and very cramped.

It was fine. Nothing outstanding. Staff for check in were a little disorganised, swapped in the middle and took a while, but bag drop was efficient and they moved the roo.ing so our party were on the same floor (though not adjacent). Beds comfy, thiugh room spacw quite small. Shower pressure good and eniugh towels. Breakfast was VERY busy for the space given, lifts were not helpful for moving the large numbers of people up and down the hotel. Pool was OK, 4 sunloungers. Rooftop "lounge" 4 tables and chairs, pool towels available and all very clean. View was nice

Dissapointing stay and the hotel wouldnt cancel one night because I had to go back to my country for emergency...asked me all documents and so for just one night... absolut nightmare to speak with those people. No humanity as I spoke with one employee repeating me ten times in a row this is the policy ! The hotel is very standard, cold. wont be back.
