The staff was good and the room was good for the price, but . . . the showerhead leaked, the refrigerator was not very cold even at the coldest setting; the connecting door to the room next door allowed noise to enter easily; the hallways had a dirty appearance with smudges on the walls and chipped paint; the signs in the elevators telling building tenants to pay on time did not make a good impression.

Good property and about a 25 min walk to petronas twin towers. The property definitely needs a major upgrade however. The electronics are outdated and the beds are really firm. Overall good place to just come back from excursions and rest. WiFi is suitable enough for streaming

It was a spectacular location, staff was great and it was in general very clean. The gym was not great, equipment was old, not enough dumbbells, BUT it did cover the bases for a decent workout. The hotel in general is getting old and looking somewhat bad in the hallways. All in all it worth the price I paid. Basically the place could use a few coats of paint and some updates all over but as long as you get as lower prices in your stay, it’s good enough…

The room had bugs and 2 days in a row I took at least 2 down to the front desk that I had killed. The response was ‘do you want to check out’? Extra blanket , extra cost. Breakfast was cold. Cold rice, cold noodles, cold chicken . The toast was at least warm. No towels for the pool- use your shower ones and call housekeeping but do not go in the elevator with wet clothes. Would not stay again

Great place!

A wonderful comfy hotel in a great location: very well-placed for the LRT (subway) and has a bus stop just outside. Plenty of food options nearby. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the pool area. It's not that relaxing to be in, has no seating and there's a bit of a bird poop problem. But other than that, a great experience in the heart of the city.

We stayed 7 nights. The property is definitely outed, especially the gym and pool. Staff came at odd hours to clean the room, time vary from 6:00 Am and even 4 pm. Overall good stay for the price. The internet was weak and we barely got service. You constantly have to log in every few minutes.

Was given a keycard for my room. Went up to the designated room only to find it occupied. I'd paid for a premiere room. Well, looking down the bathroom window, i stared directly into the 8m sinkhole where the Indian tourist disappeared in last week. Scary as.Chose this hotel so I could explore. I couldn't due to safety readons. Another sinkhole appeared 50m away.

Perhaps the management would like to consider more personnels at the reception. Had to wait more than 15 minutes although I was third in the queue and there was only one receptionist on-duty. The lobby sofa was all occupied at that time by other guests' family members. The longest wait was for the lifts. Also, check buttons and shower holder. Some are broken. Otherwise, this hotel is strategically located for shopping.

FUJA DESSE HOTEL. NINHO DE BARATAS

Só o nome é pomposo. É um hotel que deveria ser retirado do site Hotels.com. São quartos espalhados numa torre residencial. É tudo tão precário. Há sujeira por todos os lados. Por ser antigo, o ar-condicionado é extremamente barulhento. Dá medo a parte elétrica do quarto. A TV praticamente não funcionava, pois havia uma faixa escuro no meio da tela. Não há cofre. Tive de pedir para trocar de quarto, pois havia um cheiro muito forte de naftalina. Descobri depois que eles colocam naftalina em todas as partes, pois há muitas baratas. Eu matei duas no meu quarto. Como fiquei três (longas) noites, resolvi jogar fora todas as naftalinas. Wi-fi muito ruim: sinal ruim e velocidade baixa. Para piorar, toda vez que saísse do hotel, teria de fazer todo o processo de entrar no wi-fi novamente. Um estorvo. Café da manhã terrível. FUJA DESSE HOTEL.
