It’s not the grandest of entrances to a 5 star hotel, but when you get up to the 8 floor reception I have to say everything is fantastic The rooms are fab, bed and pillows so comfortable The service by the staff is as good as anywhere I’ve been Great pool area with fab views of the towers

the hotel is so kind to help arrange a little birthday smash cake, balloons and a hand written birthday card in the room for my daughter's birthday. my daughter had a lovely time. THANK YOU SO MUCH W. the swimming pool and the view over looking the twin tower was stunning! love it! the room was tidy clean, bed is so soft & comfortable, and breakfast was amazing! walking distance to klcc too. recommended

Fantastic experience

There was a fire drill but the staff allow us to wait downstairs rather than come back in an hour time. Sean was very friendly and helpful when checking in for us.

Nice central location to get around KLCC area. Breakfast spread is good. Only thing we found difficult & irritating is the lighting -- the light switches are too difficult to operate. They may be subtle and stylish but what use is it if guests can't figure out how to operate a simple thing like the lights????
