「Good location and view, the room is big. But water pressure of a tap inside one toilet was low, no improvement after calling service. A bed sheet had stain, and was changed after calling service. 」

「景觀開揚，夠寬敞，始終因為長久使用，物料退化，導致小毛病必然產生;東翼接待處欠缺座位給人使用，完全冇，只嫌冇、不嫌少;連一張座椅都冇，今次好在保安員主動讓出一張剛剛空出，暫未有工作人員使用的椅子，稍作歇息，以作等待約定車輛。 最最好能夠有華語服務員，無論粤語或普通話。」

「Property is located near the lift, amazing views, decent facilities. But no amenities like coffee, tea etc provided, barely there utensils. Water leaking in faucets, tv channels next to none, a/c not so cold anymore, shiwer water draining all over toilet floor. Phone number listed is wrong & so non-responsive.」

「The location and the view from its balcony are unbeatable. However, checkin process was such a pain. First this is in a shared building as the hotel Ramada, same address same building. So it was very confusing when I went to the counter to check in they said they aren’t the host/owner. Then finally got a hold of them they sent this long lists of steps to follow to just get the key to the room. Room itself though pretty spacious for one person. 「This is equivalent to barely a 2-star hotel. Except for the beds which are clean and comfortable, we have nothing positive to mention. So regret to have booked this place, especially the price is kind of high too.」

「Ideal location, plenty of living space, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms handy when traveling with a friend. Room is a bit run down and lacked some of the simple things like tea, coffee, milk and detergent for the washing machine. Room was too light at night for my liking, could do with blackout curtains」

「Although there was a kitchen and supposed to be proper for cooking there were no pots or pans for cooking. not even a single kettle. We were 7 days there and they just gave us 4 single coffees and 4 single tea bags. 」
