The space
The space well equipped all necessities for your comfort stay, full kitchen, 42" TV, washing machine, etc
The apartment is spacious and airy, featuring large windows that overlooks the infinity pool and Sarawak River.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, a fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, making it easier for guests to prepare their own light meals if they wish to do so. The dining area features a wooden table and chairs.
Our unit features a large bedroom with comfortable queen size bed and linen, own bathroom with hot water, shampoo and body wash.

Guest access
You may access the swimming pool, gym, walkway along the Waterfront Esplanade, etc
Guests have free access to building facilities including the outdoor gym, large outdoor pool, and beautiful garden.
1) Swimming pool and gym at level 4, open from 9 am to 9 pm daily.
2) Go to Level 5, exit to the garden, then turn right to walk toward the white door, open and use the staircase to go to Level 4.
For guest driving car, can park at visitor carpark, it is free of charge.

The famous Kuching Waterfront just 7 minutes away by car, guests can indulge in a wide range of activities including dining at local restaurants, shopping for souvenirs, or embarking on a delightful river cruise to explore the city from a unique perspective.
Our homestay also easy access to other popular attractions, the newly renovated Borneo Cultures Museum, renowned Carpenter Street, Petanak wet market just 5-minute walk away, is an excellent option for breakfast or supper, offering a wide range of fresh produce and local street food.
Merdeka Plaza Mall, a 7-minute drive from our location, caters to your shopping needs, housing a variety of retail outlets and dining options. SEGI College is conveniently located just 5 minutes away by car, making our homestay an ideal choice for students and visitors associated with the institution.
For those attending weddings or events, you'll find Lok Thian Grand Riverine Ballroom in the same building as our condominium, ensuring easy access to celebrations and functions.
