We loved our stay. Easy check in. Everything clean and ready for a fun stay. Great location on the beach where we could listen to and watch the waves, with sunrises and moonrises. It's a corner unit which we liked. Loved being close to Ft Fisher history and the aquarium, but also not far from Carolina Beach and state park. Easy parking, good wifi.

Great little place to stay with kiddos!

East beach access, super quaint and quiet area. Our second year staying in some portion of ocean dunes….I don’t know that we will ever go anywhere else. Sea coast realty is awesome to work with!

As close as you can get to the sea

Love this place. Not too halt about the pay for parking. The pier will cost you some money. And you will be watched. That's the only downfall.

Peaceful beach vacay

This condo was nicely updated and really clean. Kitchen was well stocked and there was ample seating on the deck. Ocean views from the deck can't be beat and the beach wasn't too crowded since this is so far down the island. My only complaint is that the beds were VERY uncomfortable - I like a firm mattress but it felt like we were sleeping directly on box springs (we did not attempt the sofa bed, just the beds in the bedrooms). Great communications with Sea Coast Rentals and check-in/out was super easy.

Great family rental at Kure Beach!

We are a family of 4 with a 2 and a 5 year old, and we loved our stay in this unit. The covered parking gave a great place to leave dirty beach toys, and the proximity to the beach/waves could not be beat. The rocks made for beautiful scenery and there was wider beach available if you go down the beach access and go to the left. Condo was clean and decorated nicely. The queen bed was very firm, but again the ocean views couldn't be beat. The covered deck was very spacious. The aquarium and Fort were both very close. We rented bikes from Troy S. and they delivered and picked up, and the fort/boardwalk/etc made great low-traffic places to ride. We rode down to the Kure Beach boardwalk most days, and got coffee at the Happie Hippie- also highly recommend. Carolina Beach and then Wilmington are both short/easy drives so there were no shortage of food and activity options nearby! We will definitely stay here again!

Old and needs money spend on it ...not worth price

Trouble opening door at last was helped over the phone changed code. First impression not clean,old . Range was fine . Ice maker ice tasted bad. Dish washer old nasty but worked. Ice conditioner good. Water pressure fair. Master bed room glass door grimy screen torn up. Curtains thin with rusted rings for rod. Balcony furnishings good but rust and faded flooring. Bathroom shower not clean. Nothing really had had been cleaned lately, not fresh. Linens good. Whole appearance of property was old and a disappointment......don't stay here

Kure 2023

Condo was updated and clean. Keyless entry was awesome to have. Washer and dryer worked well. Check in was easy, but the Unit wasn’t available until an hour after planned checkin time. The sheets and bed were terrible. The sheets were cheap and didn’t stay on the bed. The bed was cheap and uncomfortable. I love staying at these condos, but I wish they would find a better way to deal with the garbage. It smells, there are a lot of flies and I saw the guys run the cans into a car when they were blocked in the car port. Parking is also very tight.

Beachfront for sure

We enjoyed our stay very much, even though the weather was terrible. This condo is as advertised; definitely not fancy, but generally in good shape. The appliances and bathroom facilities all worked great. Plenty of seating to eat and hang out. There is a fold-out couch as well as queen bed and 2 twins. Plenty of hot water. Bed comfort was maybe 2 out of 5, probably the biggest drawback. Maybe bring your own sheets if you have room in your luggage. Basically it feels like the owners have put the absolute cheapest options in for bedding because this is SUPER BEACH FRONT, like it is going to be swept into the ocean at any moment--why would you invest any more than necessary. They are literally doing beach restoration under the building itself and in the buildings next door. So you are going to get a fantastic beachfront experience; the tide comes up right under the deck. The views are to die for. You can definitely hear the neighbors upstairs if they choose to walk around. Because of the beach restoration, you do have to walk clear around the building to get to the beach access, but it's not that far. Communication with Sea Coast Rentals was confusing at first (emails left and right from all kinds of people), but as the date of the visit drew near, things seemed to straighten out. The beach is pretty quiet, not huge crowds of people at Memorial Day at least, although as I said, the weather was terrible. Overall, great beach front experience.
