Ocean Oasis by Carolina Getaway | Oceanfront Townhome w/ Private Heated Pool

Ocean Oasis is a newly updated 4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths- townhome located on the ocean in Kure Beach NC.  The downstairs is a separate unit and perfect for a small family or teenagers, and it has a bedroom with queen sized bed, foosball table, living room with futon and flat screen TV, kitchenette with sink and refrigerator, and full bathroom.  The main level has tons of light, great views of the ocean, a beautiful tiled floor, a full kitchen with granite countertops, and living room with spacious glass table.  The third level has 2 bedrooms, one oceanfront with it's own ocean front deck, and a queen sized bed.  The second bedroom has a bunk bed (full down, twin up).  These bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom (each with its own sink and toilet, and one shower).  The top level has a very large suite with brand new bathroom including double vanity sink and large shower, a queen sized bed and a full sized bed.  The views from the third and fourth floor are incredible.

This home is located in an ideal location in Kure Beach, close enough to walk to restaurants, the fishing pier, arcade, gas station, bars, etc.. but far enough away so the beach isn't too crowded (public parking is limited).  You are a short drive from Carolina Beach's boardwalk, the NC Aquarium, and historic Fort Fisher!

No need to come by our office and wait in line to pick up a key.  This home is equipped with a keyless entry lock so you can start enjoying your vacation the minute you arrive!

Kure Beach and Carolina Beach are dog-friendly! Dogs are allowed on the beach from October 1 through March 31. They must be cleaned up after and on a leash or restraint lead no longer than fifteen feet. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from April 1 through September 30.

Great beach house!

We had a great time! Despite a hiccup with early check in, this was a perfect rental. The couches are due for an update, but the beds were comfortable. It would be nice if you could upgrade the sheets package, the fitted sheet came off the mattress every night. The pool was heated and clear. A True Oasis

We have stayed in this house before and it is as fantastic as it always is! The pool was a fantastic addition to the property. The host was great to communicate with and responded quickly each time!

The location is excellent. So great to have the pool as we had two of our grandkids, under the age of 4, with us and it saved us every day! We did have a problem with the pool getting real cloudy but the property manager was all over it and it was fixed the same day! The only other challenge was the grill provided was definitely not usable. But overall my family had a wonderful vacation.

Incredible!

The house was spectacular and the owners were great to communicate with! The only way to go to the beach. The sand is a minute walk from the back door and the views from the balconies were incredible. Cannot speak highly enough! Looking forward to staying here again!

Family Beach Trip

The house is in a great location. We had a few plumbing issues, but they were handled quickly. Our biggest complaint was that the bedspreads had dog hair on them. I realize this is a pet friendly rental, but the bedspreads really should be cleaned after each guest's stay. I'm also not sure the room downstairs was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. But all in all it's a great place to vacation.

Good property but had not been cleaned when we arrived. Host evidently "dropped the ball" on seeing that it was cleaned. However, a wonderful cleaning lady arrived and worked for 4 hours to clean the house spotless. Host needs to pay closer attention to property and actually visit.

Nice house

The layout of the house was perfect for us. It provided togetherness for our family but also privacy. Parking was a big issue as it is everywhere on the island. Every time one person needed to leave everyone had to move vehicles. When I rented the house I didn’t realize it was a duplex. That didn’t seem clear in the listing but maybe I overlooked it. The basement unit needs a dresser. The rest of the rooms were remarkable and met all of our needs. The view of the beach was spectacular.

Thanksgiving visit

I believe host needs to be more in tune with property. Was told no Keurig, but there’s actually a Keurig and coffee pot. Wasn’t informed trash pick-up was on early Monday morning, so we missed that, and trash had been left in receptacles prior to our visit by previous guests. Top floor toilet is messed up and runs constantly, so you listen to that while trying to sleep. It was great to have a family lunch and access to the beach is perfect. Clean, but sheets/bedding/mattresses could use some updating. Nice kitchen and open space to relax. Dog hair left on couch and pillows from a previous stay. Good location! Not a lot of room for parking, and one day, a cleaning lady just popped into the house, not knowing there were people even staying there. Overall, nice visit to the beach, and host was always receptive to my messages! We would stay here again.

Perfect Xmas beach getaway

We booked this property for family member who loves the beach and was recently diagnosed with cancer, so she could see the beach from the house and it delivered. The location was amazing! Kure Beach is so easy to get to, so convenient to groceries, restaurants etc. but at the same time felt removed from all of that. Being stone’s throw from the ocean it allowed our loved one to walk into the beach and back w/o tiring herself. And the house was clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen had everything one would want, too. We’re also a TV family, and appreciated all the streaming services that were available, plus tables for games and puzzles. Finally, we’d like to thank Liz and handyman Justin and his assistant. There were a couple of things that needed fixing on arrival, but they attended to these immediately and promised to come back the next day if necessary, even though the next day was Xmas Eve. Highly, highly recommend! Ps. The Home Depot in Wilmington gets a special shout-out for giving us a live tree on Xmas Eve — for free! Making our Xmas on beach with loved ones picture perfect.

Great place!

We loved the location! Walking distance to Kure pier, various restaurants, and arcade. The place was spacious and came with everything we needed. Beds and pillows were comfy. Host was easy to reach when we had questions. The pool was amazing, the downstairs living area was perfect for our teens. Direct access to the beach was great. There is a golf card charging port as well. Will stay here again for sure!

The house was perfect our two families. The pool was great to have as we had some very windy days on the beach. It was well equipped and there are two outdoor showers to help eliminate the sand. One is under the deck where there is also storage for rafts and such.
