Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect getaway! The deck area made for the ultimate relaxation spot, and the home itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living room was super cozy for movie nights. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the boardwalk. iTrip’s communication was excellent, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Exceeded Expectations

This house exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for our family to spread out. The location was ideal, close enough to the beach for a quick walk but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We will definitely be booking again!

Backyard Oasis

The best thing about this property is the outdoor living space! The pool and patio furniture make you feel as though you're on a mini resort. It's a short walk to the beach so you can enjoy the ocean and sand. The best of both worlds!

This house was perfect for our vacation. It was a short walk to the beach and everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. The house could use a little TLC and it would have been much better if the hot tub worked and the pool was heated. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great Pool for small family

We loved the house and the pool! It had everything we needed and then some. We loved that the shed had extra sand toys and pool toys. It was an easy and convenient commute to the local stores and restaurants. So relaxing!

Feels like Home!

I booked this house as a gift for Mother’s Day. Myself and my family stayed here for 5 days. We got to check in early and have loved the house every second! Everything is just as listed and you can’t beat the location. The backyard is your own private paradise. You feel like you’re on your own little island back there. Everything is great and iTrips is great with communication and answering any questions promptly. I was shocked (in a great way) by just how many amenities they had in the pool shed. It was even more than listed and great to have for use. We have felt right at home and would definitely stay here again when we come back in the future. Absolutely loved it. Cannot say enough good things! 🥰

Good times at Tipsea Toes

This is my family's second year at Tipsea Toes; we chose to return after having such a great time there the previous year. All of our necessities, such as multiple bikes, boogie boards, gas and charcoal grills, corn hole, enormous Jenga, pool floats, beach gear, and much more, are in the garage. We have plenty of bath and pool towels, but our beds are the most crucial feature—COMFORTABLE ones. The deck has misters to keep cool in the sun, and the pool is simply wonderful. After a long day of swimming in the water, I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the glass gas firepit at night. In the evening, under gorgeous lights, we watched fireworks while lounging on the front porch. I would strongly advise planning a stay with Itrips. Communication was out of this world and our family was able to check in 3 hours early.

Outside pool and deck really nice. House has issues. Left after the cockroach fell on my head while laying down in bed. House not clean and they need to replace ALL of those nasty rugs. No offer of a refund for time left on house. Just to be clear was not just one roach. Stop charging all that money for cleaning ! The money you pay these homes should be spotless and bug free!

Wonderful Vacation House

We had the most amazing time. The house is in the perfect location to get beach in less than 5 minutes. The house is clean ,roomy and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The pool was absolutely wonderful on those very hot days. I definitely recommend this house and Itrip to take of your vacation rentals.

Amazing stay!

The house was great, located less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome, we used them at least twice a day while we were there. The house was the perfect size for us and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Just a great house in a perfect location and we will definitely be back.
