There is a Buddhist temple nearby that is cool to check out, if you catch it in the spring at the right time the Sakura blossoms are breathtaking. The laundry is convenient and it's a flat 500yen fee to use it, even if you do multiple loads. If you are arriving by car there's a free parking you can use. "This was an amazing experience for our family of 4. The traditional beds to 15 course sushi dinner to warm hospitality to hearty breakfast all exceeded my expectations. The host went out of his way to show us around to some beautiful night time photo spots after dinner and let us keep our luggage before and after check in/out times. Would recommmend to absolutely anyone except if you have mobility issues as the store to the main rooms were quite step."
