Hotel Okura Kobe

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect hotel! It’s is perfectly placed next to everything you need and walking distance to the station. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious with great views, very classy and very nice staff. You can see the property is well kept and cared for. I will certainly stay here again without any hesitation on my next visit and stay in Kobe. The room was huge, especially by Japanese standards. Also one thing I loved was how the aircon kept a very comfortable atmosphere in the room, including the toilet"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and able to fit 2 adults and 2 kids. Comes with a air purifier/humidifier so that helped with our breathing. Able to check in, dropped off our luggages and find eateries. Lawson is open 24/7 which is convenient. Overall, very pleasant stay. Great for overnight layovers."

"Location from Kobe Station was excellent. Hotel is visible from the station, only a couple of minutes walk. Coffee machine on 2 microwave and ice machine on 3. We didn’t have breakfast it was 2200yen, but the area was very nice with comfortable chairs and even a ping pong table and games. Quick train ride to Sannomiya for the Loop Bus for all the tourist sights etc, we had a 2 day pass bought at the Tourist Information Centre of the station and the staff there were lovely and helpful. The Life Supermarket was just up the street from the hotel, nice fresh food and pizza that we heated up at the hotel."
