Fresh and ready to fly!

A great stay for the day. We had to check out from our previous accommodation and had a late flight. Booked a room here to rest and freshen up so to not waste a day. Awesome experience from check-in to checkout! Welcome drink on arrival, a fairly recent renovated room and evening chocolates! All for under AU$40! The room even came with buffet breakfast but unfortunately we had to fly that night.

Had a room facing the street. Windows don’t really block the sound. Something to be mindful of as it is on a major road. May have been better on an inside booking for a room. We didn’t have the choice.. Staff were excellent though.

Lovely staff, always helpful and kind with the children. We may have been a bit unlucky with our room as it had a mold problem and an unpleasant smell. It was manageable for two nights and otherwise it was good value with a big bathroom and nice touches with bottled water, slippers, tea and coffee. The location is great for Waterbom, the airport and shopping. If you're a light sleeper, this area is bustly and loud, pack ear plugs.

Had to walk up and down a steep slippery driveway to the basement for entry as the main entry was closed for the week. Was never told about this and it was extremely dangerous when wet. Door card kept playing up and had to use a master key most of the time. No hot water at all for the week.. told them numerous times but nothing changed. Two of the 7 days it’s was Luke warm at best. Changed hotels and they wouldn’t refund.

Pool decking was lifting. Room is nothing like the pictures we looked at for family room. Room was facing the main road. Lots of mould in the hallways. I honestly could not recommend. Good enough to put your head down with earplugs in but that’s it. Did approach staff to move but was told they were booked out.

I wanted to love the property but unfortunately the cleanliness was a huge letdown. The towels and sheets had stains, the bench top was stained and sticky, and the black mould in the ceiling was absolutely revolting. The mould smell was very strong and a very real health hazard.

The staff is amazing, they do everything to help us, always smiling. No complain on that matter. That being said, the hotel itself has many issues. The bathroom of my room was not the same as the picture, that for me was a problem as I’m pregnant and I was looking for a walk in shower. Beside that a family room without at least shower curtain it’s unpractical. Beside that the bathtub had many mold, or it needed a regrount. The bedding sheets had stains, so we could not tell if they was dirty or actually stained. Either way not what we expect. At some point I had to change the room because it had many problems. One common problem of the rooms are the AC, very old, loud with a terrible maintenance. The breakfast is a la cart and you can choose only one dish. Be aware that it takes ages to be served, it’s well done, but if you are on the clock I definitely do not recommend. The breakfast service is terrible, not organized at all. First day I had to clean my own table, because the staff was overwhelmed. The towels smell like smoke for some reason. The water has a weird smell, but I believe that is not this property issue, probably the water in Bali is like that. The soap, shampoo and toilet paper was not proper refill. The bottles are huge and it’s not cool to have them almost finishing. I would recommend to chave to a personal size or have them proper refilled in between guests. The rooms are well decorated, but with so many problems is difficult to enjoy
