「Great service and nice stay. The rooms were very confusing to get around. The rooms were specious and comfortable but desperately needs smart TVs and phone charging stations. Also the air conditioning panel and 100 buttons to turn lights on and off were confusing and unnecessary.」

「The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. 」
