The rooms were great, food was great. When I checked in the receptionist made some kind of joke on my behalf. I did not understand what was happening and she said oh it's nothing it was somthing between me and the manager...I turned around and seen this guy...he just walked away...made me feel uncomfortable. Nice stay

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was a good place to stay. There were many restaurants in the plaza, same building area, so easy to get to. The meals I had were very good. The only downside is there really isn't anything around the hotel, so while you have many options inside, that's pretty much it. But, I would stay again for close to the airport.

The hotel is near to Kuwait airport. The area around is very safe and everything is walkable. Some staff are very professional and helpful and some need improvement in communication skills which something could be looked at by managers. I really appreciate the free shuttle airport service.

Kuwait stay

This is an excellent hotel in a vicinity of Kuwait International Airport. It has outdoor and indoor pool, gym and eight restaurants as well as some shops. Crowne Plaza Hotel is in the same building.

This holiday inn is much greater than any other Holiday inn. Great free shuttle bus(They use GMC Yukon) was great.. Widely open lobby. Food is also quite good
