This hotel is in the middle of two subway lines 6min and 9 mins walk and next to Nijo castle. The hotel does not have a receptionist full time. But they will gladly receive your luggages if you have them ship and alert them. But this mean you have to bring your luggage’s to the shipper for your con’t travel which could be a pain because most locations are a good walk or closed on weekends. The rooms are roomy, but lack of hangers , night stands , shower stall stool. The washer and dryer on the first floor is a plus— please bring enough 100 yen coins. Also the common area is not ventilated making it very very hot upon entering , esp when the dryer is on.

합리적인 가격의 숙소이지만 가성비가 좋지는 않다고 느꼈습니다. 전반적으로 상태는 양호하나 침대가 다소 불편하고 욕조의 물이 잘 안 빠지는 등 세부적인 곳에서 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 교토의 숙박료가 전반적으로 낮은 것을 고려할 때 다음번에는 다른 호텔을 찾을 것 같습니다.

事前に連絡したら朝から部屋を使わせて頂きました、荷物を部屋に置いて身軽に観光出来ました。生憎の雨でしたが部屋に浴室乾燥が付いてたのでデニムを朝までに乾かす事が出来たのは助かります。難点は部屋の換気が音がうるさい事です。

アメニティが全て揃っているので、手ぶらで行ってもOKです。駐車場はコインパーキングが裏にあり、20:00~8:00で200円でした。非常にコスパが高く満足のいく旅を堪能できました。

二度と泊まりたくないホテル

唯一良かったのは部屋が狭くなかったことと、トイレとお風呂(浴室乾燥機もあり)が別で、まだ新しい感じだったこと。それ以外は全くおすすめする事がなかったです。チェックインは分かりにくく、近くの別のホテルに行かなくてはいけないし、対応のスタッフも感じが良いと言うわけではなく、滞在中一度も館内でスタッフを見かけたことはありません。ホテルとは名ばかりで、ゲストハウスみたいてしたが、キッチンはなく、洗濯機も共用で１台あるだけでした。玄関の足元は落ち葉だらけクモの巣だらけで掃除されないし、部屋も９泊したのに１度も清掃はなく、ゴミは自分で１階まで持参、アメニティの追加もなくスリッパも要求して１足だけ渋々補充、共用の電子レンジの中は汚れだらけでいつ掃除されたかも分からない感じ、コロナ感染症がこれだけ世間を騒がせいるのに何の対策もされておらず除菌用アルコールさえ設置されてなく、清潔感は全く感じられませんでした。

１泊なら、、、

アパートメントホテルの滞在が初めてだったので、確認をしなかったのが悪いのですが、部屋着が無くて不便でした。また、ゴミは各自で片付ける、連泊でも清掃は無しということも驚きでした。清掃がないのなら、浴室の赤カビとドライヤーの裏側の埃はなんとかして貰いたいです。

コンビニはないけど、カフェや喫茶店があり朝ごはんに不安なし

バスとトイレが別になっていて、快適でした。 1階にレンジとランドリーもあって、部屋にはアイロンもあるのでよかったです。周りにコンビニはないですが、お洒落なカフェや懐かしい喫茶店朝ごはん屋さんがありました。

駅から少し歩く。コンビニは駅で。冷蔵庫内に前の人の飲み残し飲料水これだけが不愉快に思った。部屋の広さ清潔感は申し分なかった。

i've chosen this place based on others' reviews and I must say everything was correct. spacious room, very nice amenities for the price paid. unless you go to a 4/5 star hotel chain like Hilton, you won't get a better place for the money asked. highly recommended!

Enjoyed Kyoto

Very nice attendant. This was an aparthotel. They got me a high floor, as I had requested. Very walkable location, including to Castle Nijo. Enjoyed my stay in Kyoto.

This was by far thw best accommodation we had in all of Japan. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and excellent location. Well wpgh the money. Highly recommend.

二条城そばのホテル

煩わしいチェックイン・チェックアウトの手続きが不要できれいなホテルで寝泊まり出来ればよい場合にはとても良いホテルです。地下鉄の駅からも近く観光の拠点としては便利です。また利用したいと思います。

房間新且安靜舒適, 比多數日本旅館大, 提供需要的所有住宿生活功能物資. 自行check in 與 check out, 有很好的隱私功能. 鄰近二條城, 對面即神泉苑, 可以神然優游.

Convenient and Comfortable!

it was in a good location, clean and Comfortable room, we could enojoy our stay. at first I felt it is a bit complicated to enter the building but when I called for customer center they helped us right away, we didnt meet any trouble. you need to be aware of the passward key before you enter the building and the room!

Stayed five nights. There are no negatives about this place. Perfect location. Size and design of room and bathroom perfect. Very comfortable, quiet, clean. All contact with the hotel was via email, but there were absolutely no problems. Very efficient, secure. One of the best in all our travels.
