Very comfortable spacious stay

Excellent accommodation in a great location. The studio apartment was so spacious with a comfortable bed and lounge area. If I was visiting Kyoto again I would definitely stay again. The washer dryer was so useful. In a great location to access multiple areas - surrounded by some lovely restaurants and bakeries too.

Great location, very clean, has everything you need. Plenty of space, good service and amazing air conditioning that you can really control the temperature. Each room as its own ac unit so the temperature can be controlled separately. The check in was great with easy communication. The washer/dryer was in great condition. Awesome experience for a family of five.

This location is perfect. So close to Nishiki and Kawamarchi and walkable to Gion, Yasaka Temple and Kiyomizu-deri Temple. Great roomy apartment and we even cooked a few meals at home because the Lawson across the street was a Lawson 100 which is the grocery store. Absolutely perfect!

This was a very special location. So close to Nishiki Market and local boutique shopping. Easy walk to Gion and sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. The room had all the amenities you could ask for. Lovely little garden outside the room. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the Kyoto area. We will definitely come back here to stay.

錦市場をメインに歩きたかったので、リッチとお部屋の広さで選びました。とてもおしゃれでしたし、キッチンも使いやすく、楽しく食事もできました。洗濯機もあってとても助かりました。ただひとつ、水圧の弱さにびっくり！洗髪時、なかなか綺麗に流せず苦労…それ以外は完璧でした!

事前のメールでのやりとりは上手くいきませんでしたが、前日に丁寧なお電話をいただき、スムーズなチェックインができました。LINEによるサービスもあり安心した旅が送れました。スタッフは、感じのよい外国人の方でした。日本語が上手で親切丁寧な対応が嬉しかったです。立地条件が良く、駐車場もあり大変便利でした。部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。ありがとうございました。

市内の真ん中で、立地条件いいです。食事する場所が多く、 交通の便がいい事、散歩がてらに、京都御所まだ、 スタッフの対応も良いです。外国のお客様が多いみたいで。 日本語の説明のパンフレットが有ればうれし方です。落ち着いて のんびりできました。

Amazing place

It was really clean, very luxurious place. Perfect for 4 people close to the market. Could walk to many tourist attractions , bus stops. Also very kind staffs(they did really everything to help us enjoy kyoto)

Great Option for Families

Room was fantastic. Separate bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space and there was room for everyone (6 people) in the living room/kitchen area. Everything was very clean and the furniture comfortable. We were also able to easily walk to restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

ロケーション最高です。また、車で行く時は専用駐車場があります。ただマルチエアコンの送風音がうるさくて夜は消します。そのため冬は寒いです。多分夏は当たり前ですが熱いでしょう。
