This property is location in heart of Gion. Nearby shops, restaurants, temples, shrines. The rooms are small, a/c was great. Would’ve like daily garbage pick up. Clean towels provided request, as needed. Laundry room convenient and a plus for me. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great stay, great location. Hotel room was clean and slightly more spacious than our Tokyo hotel. You can control your own room temp, so that was a plus- a/c worked great. There is no onsen, also no breakfast available, but 7/11 was a quick walk away. There are 2 washer/dryer units on the 1st floor. Drying took forever, but better than nothing. Overall a nice place for a few days with a convenient location!

Le personnel parle très bien anglais et vous conseils sur tout, dès le début et si demande faite. Pas de nuisance sonore à part les WC qui goutte parfois mais après la porte fermé ça ne s'entends presque plus. Confort des lits très bon. Salle de bain superbe. Eau et gel douche de grande qualité. Serviette de bain superbe. Excellente expérience et au coeur de la vie de Kyoto pour optimiser ses déplacements. Autant pour les outlets que pour les temples. À 3 minutes de la gare. Rien à dire de negatif à part le linge qui ne sèche pas dans les machines à laver mise à disposition pour 500 JPY le lavage et sechage. Séchage seul ne sèche pas bien non plus. 100 JPY la dosette de détergent.( prix raisonnable ) Merci

The hotel was excellent and I enjoyed my stay there. It was in a convenient and central location while I was in Kyoto for a few days for the first time. The staff were very kind. The hotel room was a comfortable size for my partner and I, and the hotel was able to smoothly assist us with transporting our luggage to the next hotel for our next destination. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazingly helpful staff, very comfortable beds, clean rooms with both air-conditioning & air purifier. Less soundproof, but mostly dependent on fellow travelers whether that's a problem or not. Only slept with noise canceling headphones the first night (very light sleeper) and was perfectly fine the nights after that.
