If you’re going to stay in Kyoto this is a good choice. Good location & accommodating staff. Close enough to Kyoto station to walk and directly next to subway line and bus. Elevator if you have heavy luggage. Easy check in with machine. Nice lobby and shower rooms. The rooms are smaller but very cute.

This is an excellent place to stay when on a budget. Central location made it easy to get to many tourist spots. The Breakfast which was included was at a restaurant next door which gave 3 breakfast platter options (with no substitutions). We stayed in a “family” room for 4 people with bunk beds and futon beds which were quite comfortable.

Budget accommodation option - toilets and shower rooms are communal, however the whole property is spotlessly clean so no problem. Breakfast vouchers are provided for Yayoiken restaurant, a few steps away - 3 delicious breakfast options. Location is very convenient, right next to subway entrance and one stop from Kyoto station. Overall our stay was very comfortable, this hotel offers incredible value for money!

Great place to stay on a budget, only comment is bring ear plugs because some people snoring can be made louder from the cylinder capsules. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable, and right outside is a bunch of Korean food that will not disappoint.

For the price this was an amazing place to stay. I slept very well, the washroom and showers were clean. They clean the showers twice a day. Very good water pressure. Check in and check out was easy! Very close to the subway exit! A lot of amenities - towels, tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, pjs. There are also washer and dryers vending machines on the first floor.

Everything was sparkling clean. Felt really comfortable even sharing the bathroom. Really modern and well maintained. Sleeping on futons is not annoying at all since they are cushioned and feel comfortable.
