Cook, do laundry and relax together in a private 40 sq m apartment with two sleeping rooms. House Nozomi 203 accommodates up to five guests, with a Western-style bedroom and a Japanese-style tatami bedroom. It is on the second floor and requires stairs.

It is the first room after going upstairs, with two single beds in the Western-style room and up to three futons in the Japanese-style room according to guest count. It is ideal for families, friends and longer stays.

JR Katsuragawa Station is a 12-minute walk away. From there, Kyoto Station is two stops by JR. Walking and waiting time are additional to the train journey. A Lawson, McDonald’s, Yoshinoya and discount store are within a five-minute walk. Kyoto Station and the Arashiyama area via Hankyu Rakusaiguchi Station are easy to reach.

Amenities include a full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, washer, air conditioning and heating, washlet toilet and free Netflix.

When additional futons are used, the table and floor chairs in the Japanese room are moved. A free baby crib is available for children aged two or younger with advance notice. Please note that stairs are required.

Pets are welcome. Free parking requires advance confirmation of availability and vehicle suitability. Please tell us your vehicle model in advance. One EV charger is available by reservation for JPY 1,500 per use.
