"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient and easy to get around from, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, with good variety and quality. The property felt safe, quiet, and welcoming. They also offered baggage storage after our stay for a minimal fee, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again."

"The hotel feels a bit aged, but it is in a very convenient location. VIP access includes free parking; however, we had to bring it up myself to avoid being charged. The experience would be improved if the staff could proactively check on parking and briefly introduce the VIP perks during check-in. Overall, the experience was ok, suitable for couples or a family trip."

"The hotel itself was nice, it bothered me that I had to pay for every amenity. If we wanted breakfast we had to pay, pay for laundry, pay for laundry soap, pay for water, pay for an extra towel, it was just a very stingy place. What bothered me most was the Air conditioning and light in my room. I am pretty sure the room never got below 78° Fahrenheit despite having it at the coldest setting the entire time. Also the lights would occasionally stop working, the bathroom light went super dim while I was showering to the point you wouldn't know it was on unless you were looking at it and the lights in the main part of the room wouldn't turn on at all at one point. It was sporadic and strange. Overall just not a great experience. Also you have to pay for the spa/onsen. I understand paying for spa services but paying for an onsen that you advertise as being part of the hotel isn't a good look."
